My room was dirty. It smelled it had bugs flying around couldn’t get a new one nor could I get my money back was not happy about my stay at all and had no toilet paper.

The room was very nice for the price. I had stayed in this location a number of years ago. They have renovated and painted everything and the facility looks much better. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was quiet.

1st room smelled of mold. Literally had to fight to get moved to a different room. 2nd room was also disgusting but we were told we were STUCK WITH IT because we would get charged anyway. Mold and bugs in the bathroom. Appeared to have not been cleaned. Continental breakfast was not open and closed since Covid. No coffee either in lobby. WILL NEVER STAY AGAIN

They have no elevator so if you have a large suite case you can’t get it up the stairs. When I asked for a floor room for 3 nights it was as if it was an inconvenience to him to change the room. The room I was then given on the bottom floor was filthy. Hair on the floor in the bathroom, sheets and coverlet was stained and filthy. Room smelled and the air conditioner rattled so loud you couldn’t sleep. As a female traveling alone I did not feel safe this location. Had I had another choice I would have left immediately but I had a gift certificate I book the room through and it would not refund me to find another location. I am a travel nurse and have been on the road for 7 years this by far is one of the worst locations for a La Quinta I’ve ever stayed. Hotels.com needs to remove them from their list of location's.

Clean and comfortable for the price. The pool was too cold for my young children to enjoy and unexpectedly there was no breakfast (only a bag with granola bars, pre packaged muffins and a mandarin orange) It worked in a pinch but we won’t be back.

There was no breakfast at all. The room was dirty and the lamp was broken. The water in the shower only came out cold. The kids in the room down the hall were partying all night. I attempted to call the front desk but the phone didn’t work. It was from another room. All in all it was a place to sleep but would never recommend

Bar and grill shared parking lot which played bass heavy music until closing. Gunshot heard - most likely from parking lot. Room was dirty, toilet seat just sitting on toilet - not bolted down.

Clean, modern, loved the water pressure in the shower, realized later there was no blow dryer, which was fine, quiet. Not to far from the interstate, but you didn't hear the noise. Comfotable bed!

The property needs some updating, but met all our needs.. The gentleman running the whole place was excellent! Very friendly, helpful and made sure we had everything from a crib to pool tools. The A/C worked great. The room was clean but as I said, needs updating. Overall, we would stay again if needed due to the excellent customer service we received.

Older hotel. Fairly clean, a few bugs on floor in bathroom. Friendly front desk. Shower didn't work. Had them check it but didn't fix. Shower water was either super hot or ice cold. It wasn't possible to adjust it.

We were upset that some of the lights in the room were not working. The plugs to charge our electric devices was also not working. The coffee maker in the room was not working. There was something not working in the kitchen and so they only gave us a bagged breakfast.

The lock from the parking lot to building was broken. No need for key card lock as the lock was broken. My room had an old soda can from a prior guest there. It was there despite them cleaning during my stay. There were sleds of some sort in my room. The drain covers were all exposed. The TV in my room didn’t work.
