HORRIBLE ROOM!! Do not stay here. It was dirty. AC did not work, very HUMID in the room. I had trouble breathing. Floors dirty. Holes in sheets. Lamp shades torn up. Cable was just laying on the floor walkway from door to TV., tripping hazard. TV cabinet was all beaten up, exposed wood. MOLD IN TUB AREA. Shower head corroded. Grafetti on shower walls. I attempted to check back out of hotel. Front desk REFUSED to give me a reciept, or refund. Filthy, filthy place.

The room reserved was mysteriously unavailable…the room they gave us was disgusting: unclean carpet, bed sheets looked like they were just thrown onto bed and not made up; MOUSE DROPPINGS in bathroom and corners of room. When I mentioned the feces to the front desk attendant he just smiled and said “ok”

This place should be condemned. When we arrived our sheets were dirty and had to ask for new ones. Place is run down and offers very little if anything. Will not be back. Ever!!

Roaches, hadn't been vacuumed in a while. Only 1 lock on door, no deadbolt or chain etc.. At night they lock all external doors except for the front and then the next closest door. Added a second night and they tried to charge extra because the first night they didn't have what I reserved. No breakfast. No hot water till later in the day. Refrigerator quit working the first night.

There was no remote for the TV..No phone,no coffee pot,no Breakfast or anything to drink available.The sofa had a big hole in the back of it..I saw a mice and then saw behind the TV stand there was mice nest and where they had been chewing on stuff..yuk..the carpet was sticky and nasty.

Will dispute charge with credit card company for falsely advertising a hotel that is clearly inhabitable. Expedia’s quality and service has gone downhill

Worst hotel experience of my life! I have never even requested another room before so I am low maintenance. This place is deplorable! They checked us into a room with trash everywhere. Men were walking around with cigars in the lobby and there are slot machines. The whole place was creepy so I asked for a refund instead of another room. She said to let her show me one more room and if it wasn’t okay, she would give me my money back. That room had stuff behind the door from previous people. I again asked for a refund. I did not feel safe being there with my little girl and it was obvious the rooms were not cleaned. She then made it clear I wasn’t getting a refund as she had promised. She said “take it up with Expedia”. Expedia called and sent an email to confirm approval for cancellation/refund and she ignored it. I wouldn’t let my dog stay here!

The hotel in general is dirty, from the hallway to the room it smelled horrible and don't say in the room, the smell was unbearable and they only gave me flavorings to hold on. It's a lie that they have Wi-Fi because there wasn't even a TV connection to an antenna. The pillows dirty with blood, the floor is dirty. I had to buy chlorine to disinfect the bathroom since the staff only gave me flavorings again. Please don't stay there, especially if you bring children.

The whole place needs updated. The parking lot needs redone. The carpet everywhere needs replaced as well. Rooms need to be inspected. Ours had holes punched in the bathroom door and the bathroom mirror was cracked severely. Breakfast was only for 2 hoodies for what we paid we should have a true breakfast. The staff were not knowledgeable about late night food options nearby. For being a Wyndham property - I had way higher expectations..

This property is disgusting. People in the stairways and outside the building drinking and doing drugs very sketchy. The stench in the hallways & rooms made us gag. Carpets are sticky , , and overall the place is filthy. I've been reading review after review of the same thing , BED BUGS, Filth etc. My group was very concerned for there safety. front desk clerk was horrible . We Could Not stay at this property and fill safe. I can't believe Expedia lists and promotes this place. Nebraska law enforcement and board of health will be contacted and a formal complaint will be filled... DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY... SHAME ON YOU EXPEDIA!
