No service provided. We asked for extra towels and there’s none. The service person said we had to wait for an hour till they cleaned and dried towels. Two hours later we called again and there’s no clean towels available!

We had a large room that was great for our family. The hotel was in a spot that is very walkable to other locations and there were a lot of amenities.

location, front desk staff very rude not only to e but to family that came couple of weeks before and to couple on our group no manners and overall rude.

Great location for accessing the park and dining is easy walk if you don't eat onsite. Facility is dated but clean and the beds were very comfortable!

Breakfast was only buffet, we were told there would also be menu breakfast when we booked. Booking said there would be complementary 2 water bootlegs- none was provided. Person that checked us in was wonderful. Breakfast staff was understaffed.

What can you expect from a hotel a few minutes walk from Yellowstone. It was comfortable. You have to ask for housekeeping to do your room, otherwise it won't get done. Free wash and dry, free cookies and ice cream. Staff was responsive and courteous. Stayed 5 days, would explore other options next time, but a good overall experience.

We stayed here for 5 nights while visiting Yellowstone. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was nice. Bed was comfy. We liked how our room had a sink in the bathroom and one in the main area. The location was great. Always found parking in the hotel lot. Coffee in the lobby in the morning. I would highly recommend this hotel!

The location is great. Close to the Yellowstone gate, close to all the restaurants and shopping. The room is clean and spacious.

Very close to the west entrance of Yellowstone National Park and have plenty of parking areas. The room is neat and comfy. Really like the old style train exhibition in the “Branch”. The front desk also helped a lot with the questions relating to travel routines for Yellowstone.

I arrived late, around 22:30, but there were two desk associates on duty and I was able to get checked in without much delay, so liked the hotel staff.
As typical and unfortunate of most standard accommodations, the sound-proofing is poor as clear conversations of other inconsiderate guests arguing in the hallway late that evening could be heard through the room door.
For the price of this hotel, between 23:00-6:00 they should do what movie theaters do and tell people arguing in hotel common areas to shut up or get out.

Yes corporate requires doors require locked doors but it makes it difficult to enter building in the snow with snow mobiling equipment etc.

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Room with the large jacuzzi tub was AMAZING to come back to after being out on the lake and ice fishing all day.

Great hotel for a family. We always rent the family suite with 3 beds and 2 bathrooms and it works out wonderfully. We have never been disappointed at this hotel. The only recommendation is for the restaurant, we wish the food was of better quality.
