Horrible stay the toilet didn’t work I had to put clothes on to use the guest bathroom where they didn’t even have paper towel etc. when k complained no type of solution. If you’re going to own a hotel be prepared for complaints and reimbursement. Instead of acting clueless and acting like you don’t understand English. Choice hotel need to do a better job of allowing certain ownership in a hotel and provide better customer service. Breakfast was horrible as well. Just horrible horrible experience don’t book here

Lobby was recently renovated. Looked nice. Everything was swept and clean looking. Carpet could be replaced in the room. Smelled like they had just painted. Room seemed like they had tried to update. Overall, decent for price. When we checked out, there was a group of 8 people smoking weed by our vehicles in the parking lot at 11am. Surrounding area seemed a little scetchy.

I had booked a King Suite and had paid for such as posed on the hotel's web site. Hotel staff came to my room to tel me that I had paid for a standard King room and would have to move even though I had spok to hotel staff weeks before to make sure that I had a suite. The hotel's definition of a "suite" and what was shown on their website did not mesh.

The hotel really needs more than paint slapped on doors of the elevator or tile in the elevator. Our room smelled horrible it was so bad I stopped and cleaned the filters on the AC. I can’t say for sure that the AC blades didn’t have black mold or if it was wet dirt but I’m leaning towards mold. The smell was so bad I had to go to the desk and get something to spray just so we could stay in the room. There was also several rooms on our floor smoking weed heavily smoking weed. Housekeeping where… our bathroom was nasty the tub was almost brown and there was a ring forming in the toilet… it wasn’t until day 2 when someone came to change trash but still no one cleaned the toilet or the tub. The staff all seemed too busy to help for the most part they were all on their phones at the desk the few times I had questions.

I gave this hotel my card and ID the night that we checked in on July 6th …. Nothing this man has said has been honest… Iwant a copy of the reservation made he has provided me with a phone number that he claims called and made the reservation but they had to have left a name. He can send to me or my bankruptcy attorney has already volunteered to go after this probono … see Ihave been out of work for a while… I came to that hotel with just a few coins to my name to see my grandson play in a tournament.. it was responsible and close to the stadium… but what money this hotel stole I had to get by giving plasma now we have absolutely nothing to eat… my bank says it could take 3 days before a dispute can happen and 10 before I know anything well we don’t have that kind of time… I lost my job trying to care for my dad… and right now everything is pending… state assistance/food stamps and we are surviving by my plasma donations and this hotel stole it … 280 dollars Out of my account so make sure you do not give them your bank card … I was there in July … they stole money to pay for someone else’s stay for Aug 8th and Aug 9th. The manager told so many different stories I don’t got confused with all the different lies. So what was it? You told hotels.com I made the reservation but told me they did but when I said I was on the phone with hotels.com now you changed it to someone called from a 317 number to make the reservation so what name did they leave? No name he said so is that nor

The location was good and the room was clean. But the hotel was very outdated. The beds were supposed to be queen size but were full and very hard. The bathroom door did not shut.

It was awful! The rooms were overpainted and you could not shut the doors. Air condition was not able to work our room was hot and sticky. Breakfast was okay the whole thing smelled awful. The bed was okay. They would not do room cleaning unless you asked for it by 9:00

This is quite obviously a hotel that has seen better days. They're trying, but the permeating odor of marijuana in the hallways just kind of sets the tone... The room was fine, but basically in a 'bare minimum' sort of way. The bathroom door had so many coats of paint on it that it wouldn't shut. The AC was loud and needed service. The room, as a whole, didn't smell great. Breakfast was pretty good, but the coffee tasted like low-end tap-water chemical treatments. Overall, it's a 'get what you pay for' situation. What I will say, however, is that I didn't see any bugs, so that's a thing.

Surface clean room, bed sheets clean, towels clean, loose toilet seat, extremely see through tp, slippery shower floor. Need to be updated!! Corners of the bathroom floor and moldings have caked in dirt, where you can tell there's not a lot of attention to detail. Hallways look vacuumed, but smell like air freshner. The doors are in rough shape.

Our check in was amazingly smooth. Our fights were delayed and we had a late check in. And the front desk person called me to verify that we are still coming and made sure to hold our room because the hotel was sold out for the Brick Yard 400 Race. My room had a jacuzzi and balcony. It was clean and inviting and the bed was comfortable.

We stayed there for a baseball tournament at Grand Park. It was 15-20 minutes from the fields and conveniently near restaurants just off of 465. The outdoor pool was great for a summer day and night. The room was affordable. The TV flickered with bad cable or internet. The hallway smelled musty, but the room was fine. Breakfast was great and it was a safe place for young kids.

The staff were nice, the main lobby and breakfast area were clean and breakfast was well attended by staff. The rest of the property was in rough shape though, the carpet in the room was stained, and people had been smoking so much pot on our floor that the stench was nauseating.

Good—check in was great. The size of the room was great, but much wasted space and therefore parts of the room were cramped, such as the entrance to the bathroom by the shower. I loved that there was ice, coffee, water, orange juice, apple juice and another drink available in the lobby 24/7, especially since we needed to check out at 5 am for a hospital visit. Bad—the hotel is showing it’s age. The floor in our room was VERY uneven!! For an elderly person, getting the room at the very end of the hall was not optimal. The worst part were the pillows—hard cubes that were extremely uncomfortable!!

BEWARE!! Do not stay at this hotel!! They said the hotel was renovated but it was dark, dingy and dirty. Awful smell in the room. Bath tub had stains. Management demanded we pay in full before we even stepped foot in the room. We have stayed at dozens of U.S. hotels before and have never been asked to pay up front. Deposit? Yes, but never in full. Interestingly we saw people paying for their stay at checkout. We didn’t receive a receipt after check out. The hotel advertised an outdoor pool, it was closed the entire time and the water in the pool was disgusting, I probably wouldn’t swim in it anyway. No fitness room. Find another hotel for your stay.

Clean room and hotel. Disappointed that weekend breakfast started at 7am. We stay at comfort ins for baseball tournaments and have never had a problem not getting breakfast at 6am before we leave. Guess. I will have to check on this before booking again with comfort inn

The property has been remodeled and the remodeling was a good atempt, but poorly executed. Caulking in bathroom was sloppy and cracked, pictures were hung permanently crooked, the bathroom door wouldn't open fully due to the new elongated toilet. Generally clean but one of the pillows clearly hadnt been cleaned and reaked of body odor.

wouldn’t stay at this hotel again. the room wasn’t as advertised, carpets and hallways smelled moldy and of marijuana. there was leftover hair on my bed sheets and the hotel constantly had groups of people loitering outside by entrances smoking/harassing people. overall the hotel looked dingy and run down. the final straw for me was a group of teenagers on my floor repeatedly running through the halls, banging on my door and screaming at 12am. i called the front office twice to have them address the issue and nothing was done. i decided to check out a day earlier then my original date bc i couldn’t take it anymore and was told by front desk that they would refund me for my unused night, and that they would leave a note about it on my booking. before i checked out the next day i stopped by front desk to make sure they knew i was leaving and the front desk staff looked confused like he had no idea what i was talking about. i then called the next morning to make sure they were going to refund me like they promised for the horrible experience, and i was told a manager would call me back shortly. i have yet to hear anything back. would never stay here again or recommend this property to anyone. i travel a lot and this is one of the worst hotels i’ve been in.

My experience was extremely dessapointing the room was not clean in addition to The Bed had bedbugs letting to our 6 Year old had a red rush all over her body. When we notify the front desk the guy was extremely rude. They put us in another room but the key of the room wasnt opening we ásked the guy again for help He reply you need to deal with that by yourself!!!!! Once again so dessapointed about the service we ended up leaving the promises to a diferent hotel. We not only lost all the money because they refuse to give us a refund we lost time and piece of mind. We will never stay here Again.
