The facilities were excellent, the girl serving on the bar, was very educated and interesting... my wife and I enjoyed talking to her...she provided excellent drinks and food.

The water pressure was a bit light, wasn't impressed. Could be running harder. The waiting for the food section to open at 5 was a bummer as well, we need that section to be open right through.

Bad taste from this property

The room was clean and staff were nice.

I was charged twice for my room at this property and haven’t received my refund yet. I got a prepayed room and made the payment two days before my arrival to booking.com. I was told I had a deposit, the deposit was 200+. I called back a week later and was told the deposit usually takes a while to release. I called a few days after that and was told I did not purchase a prepay room and that they did not receive payment from booking. They also proceed not to answer the phone when contacted by booking. This completely put a sour taste in my mouth. There was no apology about the additional payment, but I was blamed for “not boooking” what I indeed did book originally, hence why booking.com was able to confirm my completed payment for my PREPAYMENT room. If I had not called to check I would have paid 500 total between both payments I’ve made. It has been almost a month and unfortunately I am still working to get refunded for the properties mistake. Booking.com has been absolutely lovely in how they’ve handled this situation. The customer service has been impeccable and I will continue to use Booking in the future. Every single customer service rep has been so amazing. But this property?? I will never stay at ever again. Suggestion? If you have a prepayment room call before hand to verify they acknowledge your payment and take the persons name down.

Great Service Awesome hotel..Horrible room!

Location Clean Professional & Welcoming

The Room that we got assigned was a handicapped/disability room Didn’t like the Shower layout. Flashing light at night We couldn’t turn it off. The worse is that is on the first floor next to the service entrance for the maintenance staff!!The walkway was behind my headboard.So no good sleep listening to the door all night and the crews chatting and playing music in the early morning!!!!

Does not cater well to single female traveler.

The location was okay near highway in a quiet area. Orlando parks, downtown and airport were 15 minutes drive.

The room was not cleaned properly with dust and coffee stains in the furniture. The bed was not comfortable and the sheets looked very old and used up. I was given a room in the first floor near the elevator. When I asked the front desk for a change with less noise and a higher floor they gave a handicap room in the second floor which was not the room type I booked and the shower was very messy. I would not recommend.

Room was ok and the view to trees. The place is quiet.

parking was an additional fee. It was a low fee but I didnt like it. In general guests do not pay for parking at the hotel, it was weird. Breakfast was not included.

Very good

The room is clean and comfortable. Good access to everywhere. There is also a laundry, so I think it is ideal for long-term stays.

Breakfast was good. However, it took about 30 minutes to be served, so I didn't eat breakfast after the first day.
