Could of been better

Staff was nice, location was convenient. Weight room and pool area were nice.

Large amount of dust on office desk, chips in bed, a ton of pet hair on chairs. Bathroom had a lot of hair all over tub, toilet base was gross, urine and hair on toilet seat. Property behind hotel has dogs that barked all night, you could hear people running and walking in room above us, along with light shining from all way and could hear people coming in and out of their rooms during the night.

Average. Not worthy of a three star rating.

The location is good.

It’s very old. The light in the bathroom is going out. This should not happen. The maid should’ve caught that. It looks like it’s been going out for a while. The nightstand between the bed is ridiculously small. Hilton properties should do better. The ac is super loud too. And there are pillow feathers all over the floor.

We were transiting the country from Phoenix to NH, and Santa Rosa is in a good spot to start and end

The breakfast is ok for a continental breakfast. They probably need to change it up from time to time.

I don't like pets being allowed to stay in the rooms. I know people like their dogs, and they think I should be enamored by them too, but I am not. Leave your pets at home.

Shower head needed replaced. Coffee maker had a broken top.

When traveling, we stay at Hampton Inns for the extra comfort and better breakfast offering.

Smallest rooms in any Hampton Inn we have used. Disappointing!!! Shower head was not adjustable and provided lousy spray.

Broken sharp floor tiles in bathroom. Creaking floors. Could hear conversations through walls. Ripped lamp shades. Very overpriced for quality of facilities.

Right on the highway, convenient to load and unload luggage and get it to and from the room. Great New Mexican food a short distance away from the hotel!

We've stayed at Hampton Inn every time we're on the road. This particular facility is the worse one

services and location is good

Hotel is old and floor is creaky. Noise from creaky floor made by neighbors kept me awake. Price is a bit high for such quality.
