I WILL NEVER BOOK A ROOM IN A HILTON OR ANY OF THE AFFILIATE LOOCATIONS.

breakfast was ok, located in a good spot.

too expensive, we did not receive the room that was reserved. I was up charged for the additional bed that I thought I had reserved with my reservation, thus I feel ripped off!!!!!! $ 300. for 1 night ? It should have been a 5 star hotel for that amount of money. It appeared a bit run down and shabby.

Its in such a great position, staff are helpful and over all its a clean hotel which is nice.

Great location and comfortable bed.

Air con system is tired and doesn’t keep up if the weathers warm.

Decent but not the standard we expect of Holiday Inn Express

The front desk were very friendly and welcoming. I liked that the fitness center had weights in addition to cardio equipment. Too many places throw a treadmill and elliptical in a room and call it a “fitness center” so I appreciated the extra.

We go out of our way to choose Holiday Inn express hotels when we travel. We have come to expect updated facilities, clean rooms and facilities, and an overall enjoyable experience. However, this place felt older, our room was certainly not as clean as we are used to, and it overall had a different vibe than what we have become accustomed to. We were let down when the room had simple items such as the blinds not in working order, the lamp, shade cover of the hanging light was shattered, and when I woke up in the morning, I realized there was some drops of blood on the pillow just inside the pillowcase. Those are things we don’t ever see in a Holiday Inn express.

Very good

A/C and internet worked well, comfy bed and hot shower.

Simply providing fresh real eggs would instantly put Holiday Inn above all other competition. I travel a lot via booking.com for work about 60% of the year staying at different hotels and everyone offers the same powdered eggs. I started booking at Bed&Breakfasts because of it. Guests would immediately choose you first simply from this option alone. Apart from that hotels basically offer the same things. Set yourself above the competition!

I requested in advance for a rolling bed . I called the facilities in advance 2 days prior to checkin and they confirmed they will reserve it . On the day of checking when I called they mentioned rolling beds is not available

Beds were comfortable enough to sleep, room was clean and spacious enough.

Breakfast was typical for a hotel. Good enough to not have to find a place to eat breakfast in the morning.

Bacon on breakfast buffet but not turkey bacon, the sausage was turkey sausage.

Disappointing

The king bed i loved it was super comfortable!!! The space of the room it was a good size!

Well i could write many thing, the pull out couch was broke and had no mattress in it, the couch was dirty in the front area, the mirror was dirty, only had half a role of toilet paper and none left any where else. Ask if we cpuld move rooms and when to look at other room bathroom haf mold in the shower and mirror light was broken.

staff was nice, room was relatively clean nothing special

construction around the hotel, woke up to vibration from said construction and at 6 am two days in a row by the neighbors alarm at 6 am, one day ran over 30 minutes until I called the front desk. floor in elevator was broken stuck down tile. wasn't willing to let us check out ant noon even though the cleaning staff wasn't even close to us.

Breakfast was great. Staff kept everything stocked with a smile.

There were linens piled in the halls when we arrived, but the room was extremely clean.
