Staff and value great. Request they change the pillows to give choice of thin, medium or fluffy/firm. The designers have decide all pillows ahould super big, fluffy and big. I suppose to look good & luxurious on the bed. However, the big pillows do NOT give the opportunity fir a good night's sleep because your neck is so crooked!

The hotel beds & pillows were the MOST COMFORTABLE we've ever experienced in a hotel! The room was very clean & spacious. Breakfast was great with a combination of hot & cold choices. Staff was pleasant & helpful. Nice size indoor pool and large (12 person) hot tub was a delight.

The rooms are very dated. The weekend breakfast starts at 7 which is hard to do when you have to be at your event at 7. The breakfast selection was ok on the weekday. The staff were not friendly, if I needed anything it was like I was bothering them.

The mini fridge did not work so I called the front desk and they offered us another room. The fridge worked in the new room but the bathroom floor tiles moved when you stepped on some of them, which was a safety issue. Cobwebs in the bathroom and tepid water the first night and by noon back to tepid water for shower. The sink water didn’t get hot until the second day before checkout. Lobby was clean and breakfast was good.

Front desk staff were so friendly and welcoming. Area was near the interstate but quiet. Within walking distance to 3 restaurants and a convenience store. Safe area. Rooms were comfortable and clean for a place to sleep. Would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay very much! Clean, courtious staff, easy check in and out. The only problem ws the air conditioning. We set the thermostat at the temp we prefer and in the middle of the night we woke up and it was 75 degrees again! Got up 3 times to turn down the temp. Comfortable beds but didn't sleep much.

Only thing I would say negatively is the parking lot is a bit strange. Shared/woven together with several buildings around it. Otherwise it was a great place with a nice pool, friendly staff, and an easy breakfast to set you off in the morning.

My family and I were harassed by a group of teenage boys. They were beating on our door and kicking our door and running away. And when I contact the front desk. The guy who answered did not take me seriously and this happened several times on my first night. I was there for 2 nights.

Our room was filthy. This location did not live up to the brand standards and was a stark contrast to the same brand in other parts of the Des Moines area. It appeared someone had a food fight a couple weeks ago and let everything dry. We had to wipe down all the doors to remove the crusted on whatever it was. When we told them we cleaned all of that they simply thanked us. The tub drain was full of someone’s hair and the tub was dirty. The couch was frayed and made horrible noises when you sat down. It had so many stains we literally covered it with a bath towel before sitting on it and tried not to use the arm rests. The hotel is non smoking but used to have smoking and we ended up in a previously smoking room. When asked about the smell, the staff insisted everything in the room had been replaced when they converted to non smoking. We had pictures of cigarette burns in the carpet, on the chair, and on the actual tub but that did not seem to convince them it had been smoked in.

Our stay was a little rough. The rooms did not have great ventilation. The room always smelled wet and moldy. The bathrooms were dirty and the shower in our first room wouldn't go up to spray. They moved up to a different room however that shower wasn't much better. The staff was helpful but the hotel itself, we won't be staying there again.

Good parking options for trailers. “King room plus sofa bed” was same price as a king room and worked well for separating a snorer and when one of us got sick. Accommodating personnel ensured that quiet hours were observed. Good breakfast options. Just across the parking lot from 3 different types of restaurants.

Everyone was very helpful. We did not have any issues while checking in. Also we had to check out sooner due to family emergency and they were very accommodating and provided the refund.
