It was clean, bed comfortable, ac good, microwave, fridge, the room coffee maker was inop, had to put a 100 deposit, need to find out if that will roll off.

Safe, quiet, clean, comfortable. Beautiful setting with a Cracker Barrel in easy walking distance. We will stay here again.

For the most part, the room was in good condition. Upon entering, I immediately noticed a few dark stains on the carpet and the coaxial port wall plate from the wall was completely cracked. Beds, mirrors, drawers and chairs were all in good condition. The shower handle wasn’t installed properly, as evident from the way it operated incorrectly, but the property manager did come out to assess it when I asked. The hotel holds a $100 incidental fee in the event of damage to the room, so I found it necessary to document everything and bring it to the front desks attention.

No kleenex box, dirty mirrors, open coffee cups, not vacuum, coffee grinds on bathroom floor, no shampoo, conditioner just bar soap. Asked for extra blankets but they have none, but the bed is very very comfortable & close walmart .. i slept good all night

We flew 25 hours and showed up to find the hotel was closed. They have lock boxes they could have left us a key in but they did not. I sent the hotel multiple messages letting them know what time we would be arriving. I got a voicemail when we got off the plane stating there were keys in the lock box but they never gave us the code. Terrible customer service.

“Studio” is just just lipstick on a pig. Nothing special here at all. Fridge was open, TV barely worked, faucet for the shower leaked, in room coffee couldn’t get any cheaper, zero toiletries except a single bar of soap, unwelcoming front desk, and a deposit worth more than pretty much anything in the room. I get it that motel 6 is a budget option, but this one tries to pawn itself off with a rebrand and fails to even come up to normal motel 6 standards. I’m somewhat local and get stuck in flag regularly due to snow, so i stay in town often. Way better options in the same price. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra $10 elsewhere

I’ve stayed at a lot of Motel 6s - and this is a Motel 6, don’t be fooled by the name - and I’ve said I would never use them again. However, this one was in pretty good condition relative to my previous Motel 6 stays. Rooms were clean, furniture was in good shape, carpet in good shape, heater worked efficiently and not too loud. Staff was friendly and prompt. This is located between the interstate and a fairly busy arterial road, so do yourself a favor and ask for a room in the middle of the building rather than on either of the far ends.

Nothing about deposit needed when booking hotel. Hotel was empty. Clerk behind desk has no clue what she was doing. No breakfast or anything for the high dollar price.

Upon arrival, the woman at the front desk was so nice and helpful. I knew I had a deposit and paid it with my card. She said Id get it back upon a walk thru of my room when I leave. I booked the room for 2 nights but we only stayed the first night. A different woman at checkout said my deposit would be released that evening 12/26/23. Looking at my bank statement, the deposit has now posted as a charge. Ive tried to call (23 times) with no answer. I booked through expedia and they cannot help as I paid the deposit in person and not through their app. As far as she was concerned , no deposit was charged. The room was clean, the woman at checkin was a real sweetheart. I am not sure whats going on. ** We only stayed 1 of our 2 nights. The room was left as we found it. We have video from when we entered and when we left. There is no damage so there is no reason to have kept the deposit. **

The bed was comfortable everything was great.

The room smelled of smoke and was not clean. The shower knob was broke. We had to provide our own air freshers and did not want to tell staff because of fear of property. We have had excellent experiences before but this room was not up to their standards and definitely not ours.

The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and updated. Somehow we ended up with an ADA room (shower instead of bath tub) which was disappointing since we chose the accommodation for the prospect of soaking in the bath after a long day of traveling. The towels were a bit dingy and a bit worn for wear. I recommend for a short stay road trip. This was an unexpected room stay because the weather was too cold for camping. The price of the room was commensurate with the amenities provided.

We checked in and were brought to a room filled with trash. Our second room had windows that didn’t lock and the screen had very obviously been torn back in an attempt to break in. We brought this again to the front desks attention and then we’re accused of breaking it ourselves. We had booked two nights and we’re told if we stepped into another room we would have to pay for the first night but if we chose to leave now we would get a full refund. So we decided to leave and then the women told us we would only be getting one night back even after we were promised both. We then checked out and since we booked through Expedia we contacted them about our issues. They told us the day after we were supposed to check out that we would not be getting a refund because the front desk told them we stayed the whole time. Expedia made it right and refunded us but this hotel and staff are horrible.

i didnt like the fact that i couldnt hear the tv in the room and the noise from the street was alittle too loud . aside from that the bed was comfortable and the room was clean

This property was a last resort after learning that all hotel in the Flagstaff area were booked due to an event. I paid nearly $300 for a $25/night room. The bathroom was dirty, there was hair in the shower and the room needed renovation 5 years ago. Just terrible.

If saving money is your only priority, go ahead and stay. If you don't mind not being able to find parking, having stains on the lamps or pillowcases, holes in the bathroom then this is your place!!

Check in was to late and before check out the next morning there were two attempts by the room maids to open our door thank goodness I latched the door stop latch. Both before 7 am then an hour before checkout a room Maid knocked on the door waking my son. There was not adequate parking and remodeling sounds of drilling and hammering went on into the late afternoon hours. No warning of these issues were given to me before booking the room. And was definitely not worth the $200 a night fee.

Advertised as a Studio6 with a full kitchenette, but only has a microwave and fridge. Nice staff, room was clean, but it was a very cheap remodel. Lots of homeless in the area, and very noisy next to Interstate 40 and the train track. Was an OK visit, but I will not go back.

Property had very dark areas, very noisy, a lot of questionable people staying there(like drug addictions, human traffickers, people looking like they could steal your belongings, etc.) Room was very dirty. Room smelled like body order. Trash on floor.
