Even though the property is a little dated, it was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Pool was great and morning breakfast was perfect for getting the day started. Plenty to eat and choose from. Easy walk to all of the shopping and the lake. Also right across from the Olympic Center. Planning to stay to stay here when we return in the fall.

The room was clean but the hotel was super noisy. I could hear every creak when anyone was walking anywhere. The breakfast was nice. We stayed in the middle of the week and I think the price could have been maybe $20 cheaper a night, but it was a decent place to stay.

Beautiful location. The room was perfect, except some of the furniture and bathroom are dated. Bathroom could have been cleaned a little better, there was hair on the floor and wall. But, overall the beds were comfortable and the staff was incredible! We would stay here again!

It was in a decent spot in the middle of town for a good price. The room was practically sparkling. The staff was really friendly and on top of that they give away cookies as a courtesy. Would easily stay here again!

I was disappointed that I spent more for a second floor room with a balcony to find out the balcony is shared with other rooms, so you couldn’t leave your sliding door open at night. The parking lot needs paving - big potholes. Breakfast was good and the chocolate chip cookies a nice treat.

The AC unit under the sink is so noisy and started in the middle of night. I turned off the AC unit before go to bed, but it started loud at 3am. So, I used the ear plugs. This hotel is a historical landmark, so it’s very old.

The hotel is right in the heart of Lake Placid. It's incredibly easy to walk around, and enjoy everything about the location. Right near Mirror Lake, and walking distance to all the cute shops and restaurants. Service was perfect - check-in was a snap. One of the best things was the free breakfast. There was a lovely, hard working woman there both mornings. She was busting her butt to keep things replenished and clean. She seriously deserves a raise!!! It was an all-around great stay!

The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to all shops and restaurants. Staff was nice, place was clean and having a hot tub for after a day of snowboarding is great. Complimentary breakfast was also great in the morning before going to the mountain.

Our overall stay experience was good. Breakfast was as expected from previous stays at this location. This time we enjoyed more as it was nice and quiet. The ice hockey event where kids running around and making noise was not a factor this time of the year as it was last year. The hotel is right in the center of the town and within walking distance to everything your heart desires. A great place to stay and very reasonable which is a big plus when you are in a budget.

The BW Adirondack Inn was a great place to stay during the recent holidays. The room was affordable and clean. Check-in was quick and easy, there was always parking available, and breakfast was varied and plentiful. The location made it easy to walk everywhere on Main Street. We would definitely stay here again!
