So do yourself a favor and ask if there's a hockey tournament in town when you plan to stay. I had no idea and they didn't offer that little tidbit before I booked my stay. Picture screaming kids running up and down the halls, above and below. Yeah, that was great and relaxing, nope. Also the bed is pretty terrible. There's also a flashing light on the ceiling that goes off every few seconds, might as well be a flash bulb when all the lights are off, so if you're light sensitive, there's that to try and sleep. Regretting this booking.

Very nice hotel, solid bar and restaurant, very dog friendly. The grounds are situated on Paradox Bay with multiple fire pits near the water. We had a balcony room with Mountain View’s. Only negative was the room was very warm even with the heat off. Would definitely stay again just probably not during hockey travel season. Parents and kids were a bit unruly.

The hotel is very clean and modern, with spacious rooms that are well-maintained. The location is excellent, just a short 5-minute drive to the town center, with supermarkets and other amenities nearby. Clean modern room. TV was in an odd place . We were on the second floor, we could hear people walking above us and what sounded like rolling their luggage across the floor. Could have been bad if it continued late at night. The smoke detector had a flashing light on it that was annoying. Ate in the restaurant for breakfast. Food was good but service wasn’t the best. Didn’t refill coffee (but there’s a coffee station across from the restaurant so no big deal. Forgot our orange juice.

We were very impressed with this hotel! The rooms are beautiful! We had a balcony which was lovely except there should be partitions between the balconies to ensure privacy. The restaurant was amazing and all the servers were very friendly and gave excellent service.

Nice new hotel that tries to be cutting edge but leaves a lot to be desired when it comes to layout of the property and the rooms. Front desk staff actually turned us off with the lack of personality and handling of customers. Placing the room tv on the wall to the side of the bed - really!

For the most part, our stay was pretty great. A few things to note; room service will be at request only and you will need to let them know as early as possible. We had breakfast here and it was decent and I believe it was decently priced. However, the orange juice was watered down, but the eggs benedict and breakfast tacos made up for the underwhelming juice. The mattresses need some work. I was really surprised at how uncomfortable these beds were for being such a newer facility. Or maybe I am just getting old and need a little support. The worst part of our trip was on our last day. It was approximately 0915 hours and a cleaning lady entered our room, and not at the request of myself, or my partner. I was in the shower and my partner was sleeping, thankfully he awoke to catch her entering our room, but we had no idea why since check out was not until 1100 hours. My partner had called down to the front desk to confirm that 1100 hours was in fact check out. Overall, things had gone smoothly up until our last morning at the location.
