Before check-out, I'm really satisfied with whole 2-day journey in Zermatt (even the tv has some problem at 1st night). Perfect view of Matterhorn. When check-in, reception show me a paper which indicating that half-board is included. But we still need to pay the dinner at 2nd night within the daily menu. Unimaginable！ By the way, lamb is delicious in their bro hotel Julen~

The hotel is very well located and has great facilities. Very good for me that was traveling alone. The breakfast is excellent and the restaurant has good dishes. What I didn't like was the service provided by the waiter (an Indian, I don't know his name) both at dinner and breakfast. He was very rude and unfriendly. But what really made the difference in my four-night stay was the friendliness, professionalism and helpfulness of the bartender Ali. A beautiful hotel with excellent facilities and service. I would highly recommend this hotel if staying in Zermatt. Staff were great, organised lift tickets for us no problems and were very informative when seeking information. Everything is so close, easy walking to most places in the village.

Excellent location, short walk to downtown and just across the street from sunnega lift. They offer a shuttle to and from train station for luggage - just have to send a message or email to coordinate. Didn't have a chance to use the pool/spa area bc it closes early (8pm), would have been nice if it closed later (e.g. 9 or 10pm). Lovely breakfast spread.

One suggestion that I would like to make based on our experience, is the light switches in the room. One person is in the bathroom and another person turns off a lamp in the bedroom and the person in the bathroom is in the dark! We spent 2 days trying to figure it out, and we regard ourselves as reasonably intelligent people. The view was spectacular on the balcony! Location was perfect, away from noisy train station but close enough to walk there. The hotel offered transport to and from the train station.

Beautifully renovated. In the heart of Zermatt and walkable to everything. Truly has the Swiss mountain vibe with its decor. The spa is incredible with an awesome hot tub and pool. We took advantage of massages although options were limited as you could only book the one therapist who only did classic massage. The food was some of the best we had. Go see Allie in the bar. He was super nice and gave impeccable service. The only hiccup is that we pre- arranged shuttle pick up from the hotel for when we arrived and they did not show up. I had to make an expensive phone call to call them and have them send the shuttle after waiting around awhile. Other than that I would stay here again.

We really enjoyed the hotel. Great location and the resturant is a must, very reasonable for the quality of food. Also would like to say go see Ali at the bar, one of the nicest, considerate, and attentive person we have meet abroad! He made our trip memorable!!

Got room 108 - like a basement absolutely no view to other than a dark backyard. No way to see to anything. Bering in Zermatt paying tons and getting the most terrible room ever was a disaster. No air no light the room is for storage. Also next to Spa so super humid. No way we will be back. Traveling 50 days a year for years- the disaster room.

AMAZING! From the staff to the room and the food everything here is top notch! All staff are so friendly and go out of their way to make sure you have a 5 star experience. Shout out to Alie the bartender! Such a great guy, and always smiling. Make sure you relax in the bar and have a chat with him. Great location with walking distance to everything or jump on the electric bikes that are provided and ride up all the trails around the area. Make sure to ride to the base of the Matterhorn. Our room had a view of the Matterhorn which was spectacular. Breakfast is delicious with so many options and dinner was wonderful. I wish I could have stayed longer! We will definitely be back and HIGHLY recommend!

Excellent property that is extremely well run. The staff are incredibly friendly and the hotel is very well maintained. The buffet breakfast is excellent as is the pool and spa. Clearly, the leadership comes from the top and the owners should be very happy with what they’ve created.
