The room was nice. The view was not great ….. a roof but a little bit of the country surrounding us. Very good experience overall

This was our second time staying at the Turning Stone Lodge. The hotel is beautiful. Last time the pool was closed but we had a chance to use it this trip. My only complaint is how badly the pool is monitored. Many kids of all ages were swimming without adult supervision. It was extremely hard to enjoy it. Kids were jumping off the stone divider between the pool & hot tub. Very dangerous. I was swimming with my son who is in a wheelchair and I was scared that he would get hit by all the sports equipment the kids brought to the pool. I wish staff members would occasionally monitor the activity in the pool area.

Its an awesome place,a little overwhelming at first because of the size of the Casino. I love the fact that I could go at my own pace and explore everything they had without issues. It is a fun getaway and will definitely be back.

For the expense of the room, I expected a lot more. There was no hand soap, and the quality of the toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, etc.) was very poor. The bedding was also poor quality and the tv was outdated. Overall it was a fine place to stay, but the price point did not fit what the room provided.

Girls weekend away. Hotel helped us set up spa appointments and reservation for dining. Very clean and comforable rooms. Private entry to tower with hotel key so only guest can enter. Steps away from gaming, food and drinks. Mant options for dinning and night life bands . Would stay again.

There were way too many people in the pool and hot tub. My daughter and I were not able to enjoy these amenities. It was disappointing.

Great little vacay that brings the resort feeling. The only thing I would add is an arcade for something for the kids or make a “kids casino”
As there isn’t much for the kids to do besides the pool.

The property was spacious and very clean - the dining options are limited during the week - I hope to revisit over the weekend to experience those amenities

We saw a lot from the pictures but not all applicable to all guests. Really disappointing to not have a microwave and fridge in room.

Steak house and Italian restaurant were both amazing and the staff were wonderful. Everyone was so accommodating and friendly!!!!

We came up for a show. The Christmas lights outside and inside were beautiful. All the workers were very nice and very helpful from the amazing Italian restaurant Pino Bianco. To the valet workers. After the show from our room, we were watching them sprint to get cars. It is quite impressive. We had a great time.

TS is a great venue with fabulous restaurants. The staff is top-notch. Always friendly and very helpful. Durin the ummer months golfing there is wonderful, too.

Our stay was wonderful, however the only thing I can say is that our shower head in our King Delux Room was covered in mold around the plastic rings that shoot out water. Kinda gross, but everything else was good.

The place is super dirty, when you come down on the elevator all you see is black mold and water marks on the walls and in my room the tiles in bathroom were cracked and the wallpaper was coming off the wall. My room was non smoking but stink like cigarettes.
If you have to go there stay at the lodge, it’s way nicer

Bedding was terrible, pillows were hard stiff and caused me to awake with severe neck and back pains due to this I do not see myself returning

We had a wonderful experience. The grounds are beautiful. The room was spotless and so was the casino. Very nice shops and restaurants. Looking forward to returning.

Our check in process with Keshia was less than enjoyable. There was a sense that us being there and her having to assist the desk was inconvenient, this I didn't expect for a front desk service person at a hotel. The way she spoke to us had the entire group caught off guard. As the first and potentially only staff interaction for your hotel, I would hope for better representation.
We did interact with Amy over the phone when calling for a n air purifier because one room was musky and my daughter has severe asthma...she was great and every employee we encountered in the hall was very pleasant!

It was dated. We did not have a refrigerator and had leftovers go bad

Rooms were not ready at 3 for check in had to wait 2.5 hrs for our room . This was supposed to be a birthday surprise for my step daughter and it was riuned. Tv in one room would not work, coffee maker in another was broken. No help from staff bc I booked thru Expedia so they said they could not help us.All the rooms had black mold in the vents. Sheets were overly bleached it made my eyes burn. Will never ever stay here again. Definitely not worth the $350 per room I paid. To say I am bitter over my experience is a understatement.
