The location is good as you can walk across the street to the beach. Plenty of parking and pool area was good. Unit itself was very outdated and not clean. Furniture was worn out and very uncomfortable. Mattress was so bad it was almost impossible to sleep. The kitchen faucet dripped and the bathroom faucet leaked all over the counter. Floors and faucet area were all dirty. There was a magnifying mirror in the bathroom, which was nice, but the light didn’t work and it was not clean. The balcony was a good size and provided a nice place to sit out and enjoy the weather. We would not stay again, unless the unit was renovated first.

Beautiful and spacious room. Very comfortable beds and plenty of extra linens. Will stay again the next time visiting St Simons.

We had a nice stay in this condo for two nights. It’s close to the water and a reasonable distance to walk to the restaurants downtown. Check in worked as expected, parking under the building was fine, and we even saw others in the pool in February. The only problem was… two hours of jackhammer noise on Friday afternoon, which shook the whole building. If we had known there was a construction project on the calendar, we would have stayed elsewhere.

Beautiful rooms and location. You are 100 feet from the sand and the sound of the waves can be heard to put you in the mood! The rooms are very large, well equipped and there's everything that you'll need for an awesome stay!

Room was immaculate, very clean and comfortable, good view of the ocean and easy short steps to the beach. Village Pier area near by for shopping, restaurants and is just a really nice spot to hang out in the evening.

I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again. The villa was clean and comfortable, a nice home away from home. Great location across from the beach with direct access, and the staff was very friendly. Only drawback, the room was across from the elevator which created noise when in use- a disruption to peace and quiet.

The location is wonderful! We loved being abke to just walk across the street to the beach. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. I missed having an onsite gym until I made the beach my gym. Contactless checkin and out worked just fine.

Family oriented business and staff was most accommodating. My first time there. Loved the location. Loved the balcony. Loved the room. Clean and comfortable. When booked website said NO animals but there were many animals there. I had already made arrangements for my pet but it would have been nice to know ahead of time. Not an issue though. Love that we were allowed to park under building for the allotted time of my visit. It was warm. Car was in shade! Great!! It was memorial weekend so glad we found a place at the last minute. Really enjoyed my stay. Plan on a couple more trips. Than you very much!!!

Sea Gate Inn, exceeded my expectations! This was a quaint gem. Very relaxing and excellent ocean view. Just a few steps to be in time to watch the sun It was a smoke free building. The room was very clean and stocked. It is convenient to local spots walking distance or a short drive to explore other local favorites. The staff was the best! From the first hello to the last see you next time. Definitely will book here again. Thank you!

Wonderful stay and rooms were great. We weren’t told at check in about the 11 am checkout and then threatened by the property manager at checkout about late fees at 11:10, very poor communication and unprofessional.
