Beautiful location. Very Nice place. The clerk at the check in was new. He just give us one set of keys. We were 3 couples which created some difficulties. We could have called for more but we just lived with it Very nice place and shuttle to the village was much appreciated Pool was very nice. The view on a blue bird day was breath taking

Excellent condo rental unit with a beautiful view of the lake. Quiet and serene shared grounds. Gorgeous views from big balcony. Lovely fire place and living room. King bed was very hard/uncomfortable. Kids/single beds were great. A few issues with cleanliness on arrival however, all was rectified by day 3.

The area is gorgeous. The rental was certainly nice, but the lack of assistance to try and get our price adjusted even when I saw a lower property fee of close of close to $300 was horrible. I started asking a week out with no avail. This awful customer service will make sure I don’t stay there again.

It was a very pleasant stay. The most important thing was that you received "what you see is what you get" - all photos that you see on site are real ones, you receive that specific unit, as it is in the photos, which sometimes is not really true... Very nice and quiet location with everything you need.

Large rooms, high ceilings, gorgeous property with view of lake and some of tremblant village. St Jovite is a beautiful town with SAQ, Metro and other grocery stores, giant tiger!, lovely and quaint restaurants with patios. La Sandwicherie in village of Tremblant absolutely the best for tasty sandwiches and half litre vino tinto. Washer dryer in unit, latter took hours to dry towels

Everything about the unit is perfect. However, we are there for vacation so being wake up every morning at 7am by the construction noise is not acceptable. The construction is the building next to us and you can hear EVERYTHING.

Great apartment, very clean, good and equipped kitchen. The check in directions and information was unclear and incomplete, had a hard time finding the way to the condo and also was told that jacuzzi isn’t open but it was open and working. Very quiet and private, comfortable bed, unfortunately only one chair on the balcony.

Great unit with fantastic views. Spacious, clean and very cozy with two sided fireplace. Great amenities and nice Christmas touches of poinsettia plants placed here and there. Ski in and out so convenient for intermediate + skiers. Otherwise a bit challenging for beginners. Highly recommend.

Very spacious and convenient. Awesome! Kitchen had everything we needed! I had to call and confirm that we could all ski for the full day (use parking) even though check-out was 11am - that seemed to be a big deal, but so glad it was allowed as the key pick up/ drop off is another site.

The condo was very clean when we arrived. There is a lot of space, the bathroom is huge with 2 sinks, and the balcony overlooks the whole valley. The view from the balcony was great in the evenings with all the lights below. The fireplace is fantastic, definitely worth buying extra logs and some wood. Really enjoyed our stay here. It was quiet, though that may have been the time of year. We more than enough supplies for our stay as well (garbage bags, toilet paper, paper towels). The condo is very well equipped; could use some non stick frying pans.

The unit was very comfortable. Good location. High on the hill, but still walking distance to the village centre. Lovely view of the lake and mountains opposite from Tremblant. The parking space was very close to the elevator. Kitchen well-equipped. We were very satisfied.

Front desk staff needs lessons on how to treat guests. MANAGEMENT CANNOT BE TRUSTED!!!This is the hotel that handles the check in for Equinox 152-5. Their automated telephone system hung up on our call automatically when we pressed 0 to speak to the front desk 10 times in a row. This happened no matter which department we tried to get through to on 3 different devices. We booked through hotels.com and there was a mention of no hot tubs available during our dates before accepting the almost 500$ per night rate. After booking the automated system notified us that the advertised BBQ on balcony would not be available (see pictures). The rooms that are supposed to be empty for at least 24 hours before check in because of Covid-19 were not yet available at 3 pm on check in day. It is presently a full construction site (see pictures) with scaffolding, saws, generators, drills, continuous banging of brad nail guns. Balconies are all blocked off with no railings. How they are allowed to rent this legally without anyone going to jail for this fraud is inconceivable. My stay will begin shortly because my booking has a no cancellation policy. I will be updating this review and the one on hotels.com in the coming days. 2:30pm was Marie-France at front desk needs learning experience. 3:50pm Linda was much more pleasant to deal with. Sharon came to inspect the unit at 4:55pm when check in is at 4 pm and people checked out just a couple of hours before our check a

My wife and I were there to cycle and hike. Unfortunately, the property did advertise a pool and hot tub, both of which were not open for use. We were not offered an alternative. We did not go there for the pool, but it would have been nice to use after a long bike ride. Kinda feel ripped off. Now as far as the actual condo, it was fantastic...would definitely go again. The BBQ on the deck overlooking the lake was a great bonus.
