Pool and gym closed for renovations could have said that in the notes or something, most likely wouldn’t have booked for family trip, BS

First thing we discovered was there is only valet parking for $33/night. Pool was closed. Gym was closed. Hotel staff was not forthcoming about this. They also do not honor accessability rooms or request for doubles or offer rooms close together (we booked 2). No coffee available except during breakfast. Bar closes at 11. And we paid half on this app when booking but hotel charged full price to our card plus an incidentals charge. Also thermostat resets itself and we woke up to it 58° in our room. App wont let me add photos or I would.

The actual stay and hotel were wonderful. The only problem was upon check-in we had to wait in the lobby for two hours before a clean room was available and we could get into a room. We were pushed for time to make it to the event that we came for.

The hotel staff is great. The only wish was that they had free onsite parking, not just $29 Valet, and that the ability to dine in the hotel was available throughout day.

Our trip started off on a bad note. After 6 hours of traveling with an infant, we arrived at the hotel at 3:05pm. Which stated on the website check in is at 3:00pm. We had tickets for an event at 5pm. When we arrived to our hotel we were unable to check in to our room, we were told they were still getting it ready. They made us wait an HOUR in the hotel lobby waiting on our room, with a infant who needed her diaper changed and with a wife who needed to get ready for our event. We didn’t get access to our room till past 4pm. Our room also had several outlets that didn’t work including the ones in the bathroom. On the hotel website is says the have a pool, gym, and 24/7 Starbucks coffee bar. To which they had NONE of those. No warnings on the website that those were out of service. Also to note there is no parking. You have to pay a $29 plus tax fee for valet parking every night. So in total for 2 nights we paid over $65 just for our car to be parked across the street. If you forget something in your car you don’t have access to it. They will not let you get your wallet, or stroller out of your car. You have to wait to valet to pull your car back around. We wouldn’t stay here again.

Well, i paid through hotels.com and for some reason the Hyatt decided to charge me twice, one for 81$ and another for 40$. Not sure why, upon checking out the guy wouldn't give me a receipt. Im trying to contact the manager and get refunded my 81$ and 40$. Terrible place because i have to go through this.

We booked this hotel for the pool. We weren’t aware of the pool and gym both not being available till checked in. House keeping woke us up at 7 every morning. Shower had no pressure.

The only problem we had was parking. The valet was $29.00 plus 2 tips made it $49.00. There was no other place to park.

I picked this hotel due to the location and the indoor pool and gym. It was my birthday so my grandchildren were staying with me so i figured we would swim and enjoy our day. There was no email saying the pool/gym was being renovated. I was told when we checked in. I couldnt cancel due to the price. The sofa bed had old food in the cushions and on the floor when you folded out the bed. When upon checking out I couldnt address these issues because of no one up front. I did wait awhile but she was helping with the breakfast. I know next time to call the hotel to ask about the pool. They did offer other pools but it was an inconvenience to go somewhere else.

Great location and a very clean hotel. Very impressed by this one.

Pro's - Very clean, friendly and professional staff. Comfy bed and pillows. Con's - Breakfast is not worth it, you can hear noise from the city and room noises as well (a/c etc.).

It was overall good. Not great, but also a good price. Somehow I missed that it was valet only parking, and the pool was claowd for repair (the kids were bummed.) But it did the job overall.

Service desk lady was rude during the check in. When we took a shower, it did not drain. She made it seem like a big inconvenience to switch us to a new room. When we got our new room cards she was rude about thay too.

So for starters the room was disgusting. The towels were dirty, the room was disgusting. We tried to use the pull out couch and when we opened it, it had food in it and around it. Also $29 valet on top of what we already pay to stay there or we have find somewhere miles away just to stay at your hotel. That’s ridiculous. On top of that we booked this hotel because there was a pool and a gym and both of those were closed due to construction. That would have been nice to know before booking. We also went down to the bar to have a drink and the bartender was extremely rude, rushing to get home I assume (which I get but doesn’t mean you have to be rude to not only us but other hotel guests.) she still had 10 minutes of being open. Every time I talked to the front desk they looked and talked to me like I was an inconvenience. I’ve never experienced a hotel this bad before. I would never recommend someone to stay here.

Overall our stay was good. Nice place with a good breakfast. We only had one issue, the heat/ac unit in our room. It would heat up the room and immediately thereafter switch to AC, freezing us. Maintenance was contacted by the front desk but never showed up over our 4 night stay.

We had an outside building light shining into our room which made it hard to sleep. We were on the 3rd floor. They need blackout curtains to close the edges of the shade that allowed that annoying light through. It would’ve also have been nice to have been reminded that there was breakfast only until 9:30 when we checked in We had assumed 10:00 from other hotels so we missed it.

Everything was good just wrong time for the pool to be down and gym. This was a state wrestling tournament weekend. Its important the kids get there last work out in and have some fun as well. I would have booked another place over the pool being down but everything around was full.

I really liked the front desk lady. She was sweet and super friendly. Now that being said the pool was down for maintenance and the entire reason i booked there was the pool.

Me and my wife had out 10th year anniversary and we were on the 5th floor .. it was cool .. definitely would stay there again

So far so good...staying the one night before moving on...nice clean room...clean bathroom...friendly front desk staff.

Website didn't provide information about pool was under construction. Pet fee was over charged $40 the night of then an additional $81.47 the following day after checking out.

I do not usually write reviews but this is worth your read. This was a great hotel for the price!! Extremely cheap for the price and compared to other hotels around, we paid $79 a night on a Friday & Saturday night. It was right in Bricktown so there is some good restaurants and bars around. I still haven't been able to find out why it was so cheap? The pool and gym were close due to an upgrade being done and the starbucks was closed. We did NOT know this was all closed when we booked and there were no warnings that these amenities were unavailable until we checked in but the place was still nice, we figured these things being closed had something to do with the price but not completely sure? The lady at the front desk failed to tell us that we could use the pool and/or the gym next door or else we would have used them for our boys. We didn't find out until she told people we knew were staying there also checked in at 9:30PM which was too late for our boys to swim.... outside of that and the 30 per night valet fee everything was great. Be sure to know you don't have to use the valet service but there is a certain valet guy who will tell you that you do have to use the, this is not true we opted out and parked for free on the street(it's free from 5PM Friday until Monday morning) so be weary if you're booking if you want a pool or gym. Oh and breakfast was okay for a hotel breakfast.

We picked the property for the pool, arrived to find pool and gym closed for renovations. Staff not the most helpful or friendly. Parking is curbside if you can find it or valet. Not the worst hotel ever, but wouldn't stay again.

The front desk person upon our arrival was rude. It was a nice place and had great breakfast. However, it was loud and the pool was closed. One of the reasons I booked this hotel was because there was an indoor pool. However, it was closed for remodel. Very disappointing.
