Stayed a room right by the fitness center, which is on the second floor. It was awful. Around 5 am we were woken up by lound bangs and constant loud noise from things being thrown against the wall and floor. They should not be renting rooms out that join that fitness center wall. It truly ruined our morning of tryinf to relax and sleep in which was very disappointing for the money spent.

Anytime we go to KC we stay at the Crossroads Hotel and it never disappoints. The location is perfect for us in getting to our favorite places while visiting.

Great overnight stay to celebrate our anniversary. Had a sunset drink on the rooftop bar and ate at Lazia downstairs which was phenomenal. Love the industrial motif.

I stayed four nights at the Crossroads, and it was no less than perfect! The personnel was terrific and very helpful. The valet guys were great! Jackson, at reception, was very friendly and took his time to explain everything there was to know about the hotel, its history, and the area. I give a 10 on 10 to the Crossroads!

When we arrived, (my husband, my dog and myself), we were in the middle of a cross-country road trip to our new home. We were immediately made welcome by Saneera. She was friendly and sweet, helpful and generous. Her, Stephanie and Madison, went above and beyond to be kind and caring. They loved up on our dog, Papaya, and we knew we were in the right place. I would go back to Kansas City just to stay at Crossroads with its cool vibe and decor, and be taken care of by these three fantastic women!

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Loved the swimming pool!!! Breakfast was wonderful and there were lots of restaurants walking distance. Exceeded my expectations!!!

Hotel is very well kept. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Restraunts and bars were excellent. Bar tenders and waiter staff was amazing . Rooms were amazingly cleaned , we taken care of and very put together. Definitely a must to stay at cross roads.

Crossroads is a fantastic hotel. I loved my stay. The hotel and the rooms are very high quality and stylish. The highlight is the service. Starting with a wonderful warm greeting on arrival and then from all staff with whom I interacted. I highly recommend this hotel.

The decor of this hotel is very cool. The hotel was quiet and also within walking distance of a lot of great restaurants. My only complaint was when I came down for coffee this morning since there are not coffee makers in the room, there was no creamer. I asked at the front desk for some and was told they didn't have any. Very frustrating early in the morning.

Location is fun for dinner and drinks, lots do do and beautiful hotel. BUT so many motorcycles outside all night revving their engines. Constantly. Not great for sleep when all you hear all night (past 3am). Would not stay here again because of the terrible sleep due to noise outside.

Wonderful warehouse converted hotel. Very stylish and comfortable room. Parking was outside, but no issues. Good restaurant. No coffee machine, which was disappointing. Good quality a-la-carte breakfast.

The entire time we were at Crossroads Hotel we kept talking about how nice and unique the facilities were. In addition, the staff we talked to were all wonderful and accommodating. The fact the hotel was dog friendly was also fun because we enjoyed seeing the dogs out and about.

The very second we got there, we were greeted with genuine smiles and felt like royalty. We were given an IPA during check in, and took advantage of the valet parking. Every section of the hotel we went in was spotless and gorgeous! Our room was such a cool decor. I loved the glass barnyard door to the bathroom, large shower, and soft water. The soaps smell amazing. The bed is comfortable and appreciate the esthetic. There was a fully stocked fridge with many choices and snacks and cologne in a unique furniture piece. For a KC native, my first time there I was blown away. Unfortunately it was raining so we did not get a chance to see the roof top bar, but WE WILL BE BACK!

I could not make it to my destination due to an emergency. I tried to cancel with the staff and called multiple people. They said that they would not refund any of my stay. It was over a thousand dollars. I even left a message for a manager and they never responded. I showed up finally the last few days I booked, but they canceled my room and kept my entire amount of money. I was in a bind and had to stay somewhere else. They never refunded anything and they didn’t save the room for the last few nights. I never even saw a room. They just took my money and didn’t even refund the days that they canceled. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel to anybody.

This is a must stay if you are ever in KC. The staff, the hotel, and all that surrounds it are AMAZING! The rooms are beautiful and so comfy and spacious. The staff is SUPERB! There are plenty of places to eat & drink that are walkable from the hotel or try the hotel options.
