Perfect location, close to Universal theme park. Very clean, modern and comfortable. Within close proximity to restaurants, convenience stores and anything needed while you’re away from home. Parking on premises is a huge plus! Would definitely stay again :) Shawn and team were great with communication and were super helpful with all of our needs.

We stayed 4 nights at this property. It was well equipped with all the necessary items! Super close to universal studio (we still drove, despite others saying it was walking distance- we didn’t find it to be quite walking distance with kids and especially not after a day at the theme park!). It was myself, husband and three kids. My husband ended up sleeping on the couch in the living room. It wasn’t terribly uncomfortable but the unit probably is better suited for 4 rather than 5. Beds were extremely comfy! Parking was a dream in LA! We would definitely stay there again.

The property was AMAZING and Shawn was a great host. From the beginning, communication was outstanding and I never had any questions about what to expect. The convenience of being about to walk to the park was awesome! There were so many lovely touches at that property that it was truly a home away from home. Thank you for the lovely experience!

Nice little apartment! Super cute and clean. 20 mins from LA farmers market, Melrose shopping and other LA touristy places. 5 mins from universal studios! Property owner was great and very communicative. Would definitely stay there again if we go back.

In the words of my 4 year old “Mommy can we live here. This was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on!” It was a wonderful surprise to have my 4 year sleep 11 hours straight through the night without being in her own room. But this house, and ALL the beds were so comfortable! The distance from Universal Studios was the best part! We were able to break up our day at the park by coming home, resting, and eating before driving to 2 minutes back. The house has everything you need for a family trip and having your own garage is a major plus. We felt very safe here since there are two exterior doors to get through before being able to access the front door. I especially loved how responsive the management team was! It was like texting with a friend who never once acted annoyed with all of my “mama questions” in preparation for our trip down here. We are going to make this our place to stay for all future Los Angeles trips.

Had an issue with the neighbor and the property manager was quick to respond to requests. It's close to the freeway so you have to deal with traffic noise all the time.

This property was perfect for us during our trip to Universal Studios. The condo itself was clean and welcoming, with lots of little touches and amenities that ensured guest comfort. Great communications on all check-in logistics etc, and host was clearly accessible if needed (not the case for us, as everything was so well provided for). Would def stay again and recommend.

We chose this townhome for its proximity to Universal Studios. We visited the park several times and enjoyed being able to walk to the globe sculpture/entrance from this townhome (it's about 15-20 minutes with a short, slight uphill section before going through the E.T. and Curious George parking garages).The townhome was clean, adequately stocked and had secure garage parking. Some suggestions for improvement; 1) luggage racks (no dressers in either bedroom), and 2) instructions to turn off auto light feature in bathrooms (we didn't hear back when we asked about this). We had read reviews that it fronts a busy street so we brought foam earplugs to sleep with. Also, if you drink a lot of water like we do, bring a Brita pitcher to filter the tap water. Recycling is very easy with bins in garage. Overall, we definitely recommend this townhome especially if you're visiting Universal Studios.

The team was very responsive to an issue we had with lighting...they responded promptly and fixed the problem. The property is within easy walking distance to Universal Studios and to restaurants on the main street. Very clean and exactly as advertised. We intend to stay there again.

This place was perfect for my family. Lots of room, enough beds for all three of us. All the essentials. There's a garage to park. Lots of restaurants nearby, including an In-n-Out if that's your thing. Convenient to everything.

We stayed 2 nights with the sole purpose of visiting Universal. The location was perfect, the CityWalk and theme park are walking distance from the house. The house was quiet and was big enough for 2 adults and 4 kids. I will say I feel the futon isn't big enough for 2 older kids to share though. We brought our own air mattress but I did notice there was one in the hallway closet as well.

We had a great stay at this property! The property manager had very clear communication throughout the process and was very responsive. The layout of the property was great, and everything was clean. Everything looked just as in the pictures. Staying here made our trip so much better!
A couple of things to note if you book this property:
1) There's no filtered water on site, so you may want to bring some bottles of water. We were perfectly fine with this but would have been good to know beforehand so we could have stopped (we drink lots of water).
2) The garage is right at street level on a busy street. Again, not an issue for us but I think good to know before you get there in case you get nervous driving new places. The access to the road made it quicker to get places, so overall felt this was a net positive.

- The unit is right off a busy street, it makes parking a little challenging
I also want to say the owner was very responsive when I ran into an issue with my key. I lost my key on a ride in Universal and had no way to get back into the unit with my family. The owner was able to deliver a key that night, so we weren't stranded. It was great customer service!

We really enjoyed our stay. We walked to Universal CityWalk and Universal Studios. Close to lots of restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. It was a quick drive to Hollywood and the sunset strip while Beverly Hills and the beaches were within close driving distance. The kitchen was fully stocked. It was nice to have two beds in one room. Both bedrooms had full closets and bathrooms with a half bath downstairs close to the kitchen and living room. Plenty of enclosed outdoor space right out of both bedrooms and the living room. We really appreciated having a garage for parking. Shawn and his team were quick to respond to questions via email and text. We would definitely stay again!

This property is amazing. Walking distance to Universal studios is a plus. It was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Loved the outdoor space to relax. Property owners checked in often to make sure we were happy with everything. Even left a little snack basket on our arrival. Loved having a garage to keep our car too. This property was perfect for our short family vacation to universal. We had two young kids and were anxious about the walk to universal. We had a vehicle and decided to have one person drop everyone off and make the steep uphill hike in the am and everyone was able to easily make the downhill walk home. The house was super clean and had plenty of space. There is no checkout book like the majority of Vrbo- the only thing was to take your garbage to trashcans in the garage (super duper simple). This was by far the easiest Vrbo checkout I’ve ever had from Vrbo I’ve stayed in. The only minor negative was that the twin bedroom gets a ton of light due to nearby businesses, but by night two and three everyone was so exhausted it had little impact to sleep. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would do it again if we come back to universal.

My family had a quick last minute stay to visit Universal Studios and found Shawn's unit to be perfect for us. There's plenty of space, with two twins, a master, and a fold out couch. It was so nice having multiple bathrooms and a kitchen/laundry as well. It's an easy 10-15 minute walk from the property to CityWalk with sidewalks and crosswalks the whole way. Make note if you're mobility impaired, though. This unit has many steps and the path to Universal is all up hill. If that isn't an issue for you, I would highly recommend staying here.

This condo was just perfect for my family. It was clean and cozy. We really appreciated the 2 full bathrooms upstairs and the comfortable beds. It was a 10 minute walk to Universal Studios and Citywalk. We felt safe in the neighborhood and on our walk to Universal. We loved having the garage to park our rental car in so we didn't have to worry about leaving our car out on the street. Shawn and his team were very helpful and responsive to our questions and they even texted us on the day of check-in that the condo was ready a few hours before check-in time. We loved our stay here! Everything is wonderful, very cozy and relaxing. We loved the location, interior and front patio. All the beds were very nice and so nice to have 2 full bathrooms upstairs.
