This is our 2nd time staying here and we always have a great experience. Right across the road from St Johns Town Center, so it's in a safe neighborhood. The staff is always friendly and the rooms are always clean.

Everything was great. Fast check in, great location, great price, pretty much everything you can ask for except…. The bathroom in the room smelled like some pissed everywhere and it wasn’t cleaned. I ended buying my own bleach to spray and clean up to get rid of that smell

Location, location, location. The property is well maintained and in a location that is perfect for eating and shopping.

Beautiful property. Water in the shower took almost 10 minutes to warm, but was great once it kicked in. We were in a room on far corner of property, so maybe just the distance from the water heater to the room? Either way, amazing hotel with a great staff.

I highly do not recommend this hotel if you are looking for cleanliness and comfort. For the price it is worth, you’re better off going elsewhere. The hotel is only name and only pretty and clean on the 1st floor. After that, don’t expect much from your room. We found the coffee machine and cups dirty. The sofa bed had sheets tucked inside the couch that were stained and had hair on them. When you opened the sofa bed, there was also trash like napkins and bottle caps tucked inside. The beds are not firm at all, so you sink in the middle. Do not expect complimentary coffee in the lobby or water, you will be paying for it, which really is a bummer seeing as the coffee machine and cups in the room, were dirty. The phone in the room never worked and when we notified staff, we were told it would be fixed. It never was throughout our stay. During your stay, you will have to call for housekeeping. Don’t expect for your room to be clean even then. They never switched out the dirty cups or glasses. They also left behind dirty pillowcases sitting on the dresser. We were so disappointed by this stay. We booked this hotel, knowing it was expensive, thinking it would be pleasant, clean, and comfortable for my mom who was having an operation done and needed to rest. Unfortunately, we did not get that experience at all. Even when checking out, no one bothered to ask how the stay was. I had to say something about it, but it came with no resolution besides writing down my concerns.

My bathroom had a leak and it constantly turned on and ran the water. It would not let me sleep The whole night. The room also felt stuffy.

I found 4 different types/color of hair, on the pillow, bathroom and other places around the room, including shower area

Room has no bottle water, no door in shower room, breakfast ends 9am which is too early. No drinks after breakfast.

We did not stay here, we were still charged although I paid insurance. Refund.

Very accommodating when we needed to extend our stay unexpectedly. Breakfast bar with lots of fresh fruit. Even our picky eater was raving about it. Great outdoor area overlooking the lake. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants

The hotel is nice, clean, and very convenient to all the shops and restaurants. One thing I would recommend is to provide guest with complementary bottled water in the rooms.

Great option to stay in Jacksonville!!!

I arrived sleepy and ready for bed. I was greeted and acknowledged immediately. In spite of his business with stocking, he immediately checked me in. Without mentioning it, he confirmed he may have been the individual who spoke with Kevin at Hotelscom to adjust my dates as he was anticipating an arrival. He confirmed my reservations, verified my credit card & ID, returned my personal items, and rendered me 2 key cards. I downsized from a double to a single since it was just me. A parking pass was awarded, along with clear instructions, and after dropping off my belongings in my room, I parked as advised, placing a small sheet of paper in the window. Then I was off to a little slice of heaven. I showered in a clean restroom, dressed in ample space, brushed my teeth on a clean, clear-of-clutter sink and counter, and crawled into bed before noticing a gorgeous view. I slept soundly throughout the night, well into approx. 10am. It was one of my more peaceful stays. Thank You. I would highly recommend staying here, even if you're leery of dogs. A+ Host Check-out was just as efficient.

My family and I had a great stay. The staff were amazing and very kind. The room and beds were very comfortable and Breakfast was also really good. The location was excellent and close to everything we needed for our stay. Special thanks to Karina for being so kind to my parents ❤️

The public areas were rather unclean and littered including the elevators. May have been during a clean up and just didn't see the person cleaning.

Hotel was fine. Walking distance to several restaurants. Not near downtown Jacksonville
