Only two sets of towels and wash cloths for the duration for your stay. Tv is old and has no cable service. Laundry room is dirty. Hot water only works for shower, not tub for some reason. Bed was really comfortable and communication was great.

This accomodation is very close to the beach, but no parking included. We appreciated our kitchenette and the customer service was exceptional.

We enjoyed that the property was on the beach and in walking distance of many places. The property owner was also responsive in communication. We did enjoy the amount of safety that was present. There were many police officers and security guards nearby to feel protected. The parking was a bit expensive and difficult to find. Our main issue was with the water temperature. We had issues with the hot water and sent a video to fix the breaker. Unfortunately, the property did not have anyone to come out to check the water until the next day. It is not pleasant showing in cold water.

Great property and location. Tried to charge me an extra $800 for a fully prepaid booking. Unfortunate way to start the trip. Luckily Expedia customer service was excellent.

The listing States there's on site parking which there is not. They do not have a parking lot. Anytime I went out with my car I would come back and have to find parking on the street which took 20 to 30 minutes minimum sometimes I even had to park four or five streets away just to get a spot. There were would look like bloody boogers in the sheets. There was a dehumidifier in the property that I had to dump just about every day and ran constantly. Walls are very thin can hear everything The Neighbors are doing specially at night. The bed is just a mattress and a spring frame and every time you move it squeaks.

Visit Hollywood Beach often. The small kitchen is a great add over a normal hotel room. TV area is nice to relax in. Bathroom clean and new. Only concern is parking. We had no issues finding a spot but during busier times it might be an issue. Will definitely stay here again!!

Contrary to listing, they do not provide accessible parking. They access an app that gets you city parking which means that you can pay the city $22 a night for street parking. Street. Parking is available outside of the hotel when it's empty, and anywhere along Hollywood would be beach. That means you might be parking in front of the hotel or you may be parking blocks away. That's just one of the horrendous bait and switch routines that this hotel offered. The property itself is unkempt unsafe unappealing.

It’s nice but they need a larger dehumidifier. They need a fan upstairs bc when the ac turns off it gets hot in the bed. They need towel hooks. The sofa is not comfy, but who really stays inside when outside is the beach. It was perfect for our trip!

This was my most enjoyable stay while visiting Hollywood Beach. I can’t say enough about great the experience was. The customer service was top of the line. I appreciated the option for an early check in which got my 4 day trip off to a nice start. The loft was so nice and clean just as pictured online. The location is convenient. I really can’t wait to come back for another visit.. I’ve been telling everyone I know that this is definitely the place to stay!

Great decor! Disappointed that the owner did not communicate about the parking code that had to be scanned inside the apartment, so we ended up getting a parking violation.

This place was amazingly clean and 150ft from the beach.. could not beat the location for the price.. hobe lofts doesn't have a front desk so i really had my doubts and manage everything thru text.. they were Super helpfull and only a text message away.. would definitely be coming and staying there again.. 10 outta 10 n 5 stars..

Absolutely beautiful home! Check in and out was easy, no issues! Communication with the host was pleasant and they responded quickly to any concerns. The location was in perfect walking distance to the beach, and many restaurants, and bar options! I was very pleased with my stay and plan to book with them again in the future! Thanks!

Good location a few minutes from Broadwalk. Wouldn’t do a loft again. Stairs narrow, going to bathroom at night tricky. Bed and “couch” are terribly uncomfortable. Worse thing is a worn keypad on the door. Took 5 or 6 tries for the code to work every time for four days. On second day, a woman who works for the company was there and asked if we were having a problem. When we explained the situation, she said it just needed new batteries. That didn’t solve anything. Also, there is no early check in (even 10 minutes) unless you pay a fee ahead of time. Kind of ridiculous.

The property was clean and super cute. It is a tight space if you are very tall (like 6”5) you may not enjoy it as much. Beach is walking distance bars and restaurants all over lots of options. If you prefer a lot of amenities there is no swimming pool or workout area on the property. Parking lot was about one block over $40 for overnight. I was a little disappointed they were unwilling to RESCHEDULE as the weather in the area that week was insanely rainy and many counties were flooded. Luckily it cleared up the day we went. Got to see the sunrise on beach the next am and many brunch options too. Customer service was quick to respond. Be careful with this ad they sent a link regarding deposit and ended up charging the booking twice! It was refunded quickly but beware!

I was really really impressed with this hotel l. It was a great family spot, I felt very comfortable and safe. It was right next to the water, there were multiple places next to us we go get the things we needed, like diapers. This place had everything my family needed. We will most definitely be staying here every year when we come visit family in town! Absolutely would recommend!
