Great and convenient place to stay for short work trips, loved the clean and comfortable room

The location is very convenient, it's a 5-minute drive away from the venue of my conference and a short walk away from my partner's workplace. The staff is very accommodating, and our room was clean, comfortable, and cozy.

The hallways were dimly lit, making walking around at night a bit creepy. Also, when we entered the room, we immediately saw a tiny cockroach on the floor.

It was great like my previous stays here and plan on coming back as long as price remainscompetetive

Easy walking distance to SM, Glorietta, and Greenbelt malls with numerous restaurants catering to different tastes and price points.

Hotel's restaurant should bring back buffet breakfast, lunch, dinner for when I don't feel like going outside for a meal.

The aircondition was not working properly, had to ask for complimentary water to drink, slippers, and the cups still has lipstick on it.

Great location and good value. Convenient for shopping and the airport.

Not anything really, managed expectations of course, it ain’t the Ritz but its a lot nicer than the usual cookie cutter transit hotels.

Convenient and a good value for someone en-route to spend a day or three in Manila. Our go to hotel!

For Makati the hotel is a very good value although it is getting more expensive now. Still the location is perfect! Very accessible to the airport and with two of the premier malls within reasonable walking distance. Breakfast is a little skimpy but with so many choices right across the street book without and go explore.

Its not what you see in the pictures !!! Room the size of a closet !!! Bathroom is.....well...NOT ! The hotel is for ....day users....if you get the drift...... Stay away !!! Booking.com should actually inspect sites b4 advertising them !!!

We had a good stay and slept well on the bed . The staffs are friendly and nice .

It’s walking distance to the malls . Love the PAndesal right across the street every morning .

They don’t have much foods variation to offer but you can always go out and buy foods .

Awesome staff

The staff went above and beyond for our stay since we booked 2 hrs before rocking up in the middle of the night.

We stayed due to flight cancellations and we didnt get to enjoy the places nearby.

Overall our stay is good.

Breakfast is ok. Best location. Room Service & security were very swift and helpful.

I didn’t like the poor internet connection always disconnected. I didn’t like the front office coz anything you request for nearby rooms always not possible, even for an early check-in of 12Nn wasn’t possible and is chargeable so we have to wait for 1pm to check-in. We shifted rooms coz AC were not cooling. I hope before they give the rooms to guest, all are set & ready, so it won’t be hassle to transfer
