About this house rental

Stunning Town house Situated in the heart of St Marychurch minutes from the shopping precinct and Babbacombe Downs.
The house has undergone major renovation and has been fully refurbished to a high standard which consists of four bedrooms a large open plan lounge dining room and an amazing kitchen, with mainly Miele appliances. The Garden has a hot tub, bbq and outside seating area. There is ample free on street parking close to the house.
The space
St Marychurch is home to Big Bakes where you will find handmade brownies, cupcakes and traybakes as well as lots of cafes to enjoy breakfast and local shops and supermarkets. You are also within walking distance to Babbacombe Downs where you will find an array of Tea rooms and restaurants including the award winning Hanbury's Fish and Chip shop, Babbacombe Theatre. Local attractions include The Model Village, Bygones and The Cliff Railway which will take you down to the beach. If you are a keen golfer the house is close to Torquay Golf Club who welcome visitors. The property is a short drive to the pictureesque Torquay Harbour you can also enjoy lots of Water Sports in the area. In nearby Paignton you will find the Steam railway and also Paignton Zoo and splashdown Water Park. You will find lots of information on the English Riviera Website.

We had a lovely stay in the property. The place is amazingly spacious, clean and well kept. Mark was great on communication both before and during the break. Thank you so much for a great hols!

House is bigger than it looks, has a well equipped kitchen with cleaning products and tea/coffee etc. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable. The hot tub was really good for both children and adults. The only improvement I can think of is that it needs some outdoor lighting in the garden. We visited in the winter, so if you wanted to use the hot tub after 4.30pm it was a bit hard to see outside. Would stay again.

Large Property with Modetn Open plan Kitchen, Lounge and Dining Room. Three good sized double rooms, two bathrooms and a third toilet downstairs. Everything is provided in the kitchen and all cleaning products. Hot tub is great. Lovely touch with a beautiful ChristmasTree. Several pubs and take aways within wslking distance.

We enjoyed our stay in St Marychurch. A lovely place with great shops. The house was comfy and spacious and the kitchen really impressive. We enjoyed the short walks to Babbacombe downs and the beaches there and the walk into Torquay was all downhill. Caught the 122 back for a great round trip and return on an open top bus. Communication with Mark was clear and quick which was great. Recommend the property and host. Many thanks.

Very well appointed property with fantastic kitchen, dining area ideal with entertaining and cooking. Well equipped for cooking; quality appliances; tea and coffee provided as well as all cleaning items. Much appreciated and not always provided. Quality Hair dryers in every bedroom and good linen and beds. Didn’t use hot tub - limited outside space but not needed as we were out for walks on Babbacombe downs, Football etc all within east walking distance and visiting family. Parking is a problem as only two hours available near property. In summer this would be more of an issue. Very comfortable contemporary town house with Sky (for the Masters!!) and our favourite board game Articulate! Would stay again for sure. Thank you to Mark for prompt responses and allowing us to check in early (even if the traffic put paid to that idea!!).

This property is in a wonderful location with a village feel. The house has comfortable beds and pillows. The kitchen and dining area is such a lovely large space and is fully equipped with everything we needed, the TV in the lounge has the full Virgin package. Having a hot tub in the enclosed rear garden was a bonus. The property is within walking distance of Babbacombe Downs and lots of Bars, Restaurants and cafes so you don’t actually need to cook. Mark was a wonderful host will definitely be returning for a longer stay.
