Exceptional

Very good maintenance, very comfortable for family with two rooms and hall. More than any thing else very loyal. Honesty, by mistake i paid additional Rs5000/- by cash, and left Ooty, owner later when he collected money from staff, he traced my contact and seeked phone pay details and transferred money.. both staff member Babu and owner are so great personalities..I highly recommend this hotel for stay with confidence

great host, avarage location, little moisty room and the coldest room we had in India. Good for a day and night exploring Ooty.

We can stay with family good environment and safe stay.

Location and view was very nice and especially Dhanabalan sir(hill side owner) room guy was very friendly and provided what ever need .over all worth for money and comfort rooms for family...

One of the Best for Family

Best Hotel to stay in Ooty. Very well maintained Rooms and best hospitality. Very safe and comfortable place for family. You can get great support from owner and housekeeping team during entire stay. Very near to Ooty center and most of the spots are easily accessible.

A good place to stay with family

The host Mr. Dhanabalan is very humble and cooperative. The property is an excellent place to stay with family. Access road is a bit difficult, but manageable, dedicated parking available. Hot water available full time. Place is Neat, clean and well maintained. Homely Break fast complementary

Exceptional

The staff was the nicest staff I have ever encountered. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. They also were able to recommend places to get any type of meal that we needed as well. I was so much surprised by the Stay Manager Dhanpal Anna who took care of us very well and helped us to plan for the day. The homely breakfast that he had made for us was yummy and tasty. I recommend everyone to take a visit there and enjoy the stay. All the attractions are nearby. Pros: - Neat rooms and bathrooms (Sanitized) - Good Vibe - Homely Food - Nearby Attractions - Co-operative Staffs and Manager - Very good for family - Liquor free area (Applauds) Cons: I don't have any cons about this property and stay. All is well. I will definitely stay there when I come back! Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues!
