Few days away

Location to bus and tram stops, quick ride into city centre. Good value. Free parking next to apartment. Self check in/out. Responsiveness of team when there was an issue. Although on a busy road apartment was fairly quiet due to double glazing. Lovely and clean, modern layout, crisp white sheets/towels. Free tea/coffee/milk.

Damp smell in the apartment. Outside of building needed attention (dead bird and beer bottle on window sill to our apartment and weeds makes it not look as appealing as it could) shame as it’s a lovely building. I didn’t like the dirty mop and bucket in the lounge.

There were some questionable people staying in this place and it made me feel a bit uncomfortable.

The location for where I needed to get to and the apartment, once inside, was clean.

The hallway and stairs were messy and the carpets were worn out. There was an appliance in the apartment that kept making a loud whirring sound and disturbed my sleep. All the taps in my apartment were loose and moving about and the water got extremely hot very quickly. Usually there would be a caution sign informing guests that the water gets very hot.

Decent stay, can find better for the money

The decor was minimalistic which I liked and high ceilings so I didn’t feel claustrophobic. Nice corner shop next door for late night snacks and cute chocolate and little gels left on the bed for us to use. Over all decent place to stay!

The sofa wasn’t really comfortable to sit on and the TV was rather small so I was mainly stuck in the bedroom most the time for comfort. I couldn’t find cutlery in the kitchen bit, could have done with a manual of some sort. The building does look a bit run down and we were on the ground floor so anytime someone walked past the building we felt a bit conscious that someone could look inside. It’s decent for a night or two stay but I would say the money I paid, I could’ve found better. It was quite a last min trip so had to make do.

Very good

I have booked this property several times for workers whenever it is available and in the right price bracket. The workers are very happy here and enjoy their stay. A shout out to the property manager as he is very quick to respond and has solved any issues instantly (not that there have been many issues!)

Convenient holiday living in Salford...

The location was great. Close to transport and within easy walking distance to Old Trafford. Lots of options for groceries in the area, again walking distance away. The flat had washing facilities, as well as the usual amenities for cooking, etc. Close to Salford Quays. Great for self-catering holidays. Instructions for entry were easy to follow.

The toilet seat had some stability issues. When I raised my concerns, the response was prompt regarding raising the issue with Maintenance. But no actual fixing of the problem. As I was staying longer than a week, not a very desirable situation for me. I had to be very careful when using this facility.

The rooms are very spacious and clean. The prices are also good and was reasonable. The location is very good and close to many supermarkets and restaurants. Everything you need is within 5 miles radius. The apartments are really cool and clean.

For longer stay the cleaning needs an additional fee. I stayed for 2 weeks and because cleaning was not done frequently we saw spiders coming in. But apart from that the apartments are really spacious and clean

The apartment had everything we needed.

That it was on the top floor with no lift. It was very difficult dragging a suitcase upstairs especially as I have a bad knee so really struggled unfortunately.

Never coming back!

- close to the place some convenience store and few Resturants.

They took all the deposit( 99£) because "the room needed cleaning" We stayed there for almost a month and they didn't do any regular cleaning we tried keep it clean but off course after checking out it will need a bit of cleaning. Very frustrated with with that. 99 £ for some regular cleaning. They should take any thing. They mentioned that the deposit is for damage not cleaning!!

Lovely city with plenty to do, avoid this accomodation

I've stayed in Manchester quite a few times with work over the years and have had great experience and have found the city and its people to be very hospitable overall. Unfortunately this was not the case in this instance. Between cigarette butts in the hallway from the entrance to the building and our apartment to walking into the apartment and seeing takeaway boxes on the worktop, dirty dishes left in the sink and knickers left in the bathroom (I have photos but would rather not share them on this public forum), I was left with no other choice but to request compensation. I was offered other accomodation from the company, but after seeing these things, the state of the building and the apartment, I don't know why I would want to stay anywhere else they could offer. Overall, we paid 500 euro approx for the accomodation which we did not stay in. I wasn't offered a refund and am left very disappointed with the whole experience. All I am left to do is advise anyone travelling to Manchester to avoid at all costs unless you plan on spending your whole trip outside of the accomodation.
