Beautiful 4-level decorated 1500 sq ft townhouse with 3 bedrooms, west facing peek-a-boo water views and lots of sunlight. We are a short drive to Capitol Hill and its fabulous award winning restaurants and to Pike Place Market, SLU, Queen Anne
This is the perfect place for tourists to immerse themselves in the central vibe of Seattle.

Please review the information below before you book. We want our guests to have the right expectations and upfront information when they book so you can have a smooth and happy experience every time.
- Well trained dogs older than 1 year are welcome here! We charge an additional fee of $75/pet for your entire stay and require proof of up to date vaccination record (rabies and distemper). We ask you to keep pets off sofa, throws, pillows, sheets, comforters. Excessive hair found on these will be charged extra. Cats and other animals not allowed.
- There is no dedicated parking but there is plenty of street parking available close to the house.
- You will need to climb stairs - there are 3 flights of stairs and 4 stories.
- There are security cameras at the perimeter of house. There are no cameras inside the house.
- Because our home is in center of Seattle and boasts a high walk/drive score to all of Seattle, you may experience some street/vehicular noise.
