This two-bedroom, two-bath condo is easy in and out on the ground level. Enjoy the convenience of the full kitchen - equipped with a full suite of appliances plus a toaster, a blender, a coffee maker, dishes, and utensils - and gather around the dining table with friends and family for a delicious homemade meal. The balcony offers another dining table for all to enjoy at any time. Both bedrooms feature en suite bathrooms and TVs. The living area also features a TV equipped with cable.

The resort presents several different dining opportunities within walking distance. The pools are wonderful for all ages, with a separate dedicated children's pool at the larger pool/aquatic center. There is also tennis, pickleball, golf (additional fees apply), a playground, and a basketball court. The indoor pool and fitness center are located at the main club pool house, while the beach is located just below your condo complex. Walking trails and more are also offered, and the state park is only a mile down the road for mountain biking and hiking enthusiasts.

Upon arrival the condo looked like the pictures shown, great amenities on site of Mariners Landing. The king bed comforter was covered in blood. The cleaning company clearly threw the comforter on unwashed after they changed out the sheets without any further inspection or care for the next guests staying here. This absolutely disgusting issue wasn’t found until nearly 10pm after a full day of travel with an infant because at check-in I didn’t think to inspect the linens for cleanliness considering the amount of money we paid to stay at this unit. I immediately reached out to management, they sent replacement sheets the next morning and ensured I would hear from their “Operations Manager” regarding this issue. I have not been contacted yet and it’s been 5 days. Therefore leaving a public review is warranted

The condo was lovely. Perfect size for my small family. Had everything you would need. The porch was our favorite. The views are great. Very family friendly but also not too much so. The market was nice for the things we forgot. The condo and whole resort was very clean and enjoyable. The management company texted too much but over all we really enjoyed it. Would come back.

Great view, very clean and comfortable. We had first floor entrance. Codes to the indoor pools came a little late. Beach and pool were well taken care of.

This unit was very nice, we stayed here for a few days. Living room was very spacious and we enjoyed sitting on the patio with the beautiful view. Amenities (pool, beach, Starbucks) were all great and convenient. Didn’t play golf but the course looked great. We can’t wait to go back!

My wife, daughter, and I rented this property from Sunday to Wednesday and enjoyed ourselves tremendously. The condo unit was very clean and comfortable. We felt at home the moment we arrived. The grounds and amenities were very well kept and clean as well. The setting right on the lake was better than I could have hoped for. We hope to return for another visit someday.

We really wanted to like this place. The common area is very cute but king bed was very uncomfortable. We had no Wi-Fi or landline for about 10 mins in and nothing for the rest of stay. My family was going to Blue Ridge Rock Festival and I was supposed to be working. I spent more than an hour trying to get WiFi fixed. Vacasa told me they referred to local maintenance for resolution. I reached out again a few hours later for an update. I was then told it was community Wi-Fi and they couldn’t help. I asked for a contact # and was given troubleshooting directions (already tried everything I could). I sent pictures of the setup and advised still nothing. I was told again it was a community issue. I asked for a contact number a 2nd time. I was told it was referred to local maintenance. Never heard anything else. The next day I encountered the front desk and mentioned it. I was told this unit isn’t part of the community Wi-Fi and any issues must be reported to owners. If anyone cares, there is still NO WI-FI or Landline. The TV had antenna channel’s & decent movie channel’s but need Wi-Fi for streaming. The Fire TV has wrong time, all listings are wrong, multiple channels frozen the whole time. Unable to fix so just had to wing it. This might not be a big deal to many but I was stuck by myself without transportation (because again, I was supposed to be working). It included most basic touches but no coffee filters. Side note, there is also a Keurig.

My family and I had a great day at Smithtown lake. The condo at Mariners landing was awesome. Much larger than we expected. The condo was very clean and well kept. The property had really nice amenities such as their pool, hot tub, and access to the lake. They also have a gym that had every bit of equipment you could need. There was something there for the whole family. We will definitely be staying again.

Spotless accommodations overlooking the lake and marina for convenient boat rental at Bridgewater Mariners Landing (you may think so but 9 hours is not too long). Swimming pool, hot tub, restaurant and Starbucks on site. Indoor pool, kids pool and playground on campus just up the road. Conveniently located to Whitehouse General Store and multiple good restaurants within 20 minutes. Friendly tenants and owners, beautiful mountain views and grounds, very quiet and peaceful -- upscale.. Wish I had time for golf as the course looked very nice. We will stay again and I will have my clubs next time!
