Nothing exceptional about the stay

Excellent central location. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The upkeep and maintenance needs to be improved. We stayed for 2 nights of which the 1st night was very uncomfortable because of noise from the cane ceiling. Thankfully we were shifted to another quieter room for the 2nd night.

Exceptional

I stayed for one night at Madama residence and wish I could have stayed more. The staff included Veronica, Alex and karem and they were an extraordinary team, and took care for me and my stay as if they were my friends. The hotel facilities were of a very high quality and the room was large, comfortable and had special furniture. Super recommended!
