Bring your family & friends to this 2000sqft waterfront Penthouse condo. Endless water views from one of the tallest buildings in Key West. 4B/4B sleeps up to 16. Boat slips available on site with commercial ice machine, fish cleaning station and BBQ. On-site amenities: heated pool, boat slip, tiki bar & grills, parking, secure keyless entry, & private elevator. Large Park adjacent with tennis courts. 10min from airport (EYW).

The Space:
This unit is located at the top of one of the tallest buildings in Key West. Endless sunrise and water views from the oversized balcony at the rear of the unit. Great for watching the charter boats come and go to the world class fishing grounds available in Key West. Step up the stairs to the private balcony located on the other side of the unit to watch sunset over Key West.

Located in historic downtown Key West. Less than 1mi to Duval Street, Historic Seaport, Hemingway House, etc.

This home has a full kitchen with granite countertops stocked with cooking supplies and utensils for your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook & eat a meal excluding spices&oil. A full size washer and dryer.

The oversized living room has floor to ceiling glass overlooking the water, perfect for hosting a large family get together.

Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with two queen beds and views of the city from the attached balcony, along with an en suite bathroom. The second upstairs bedroom has two queen beds, en suite bathroom, views of the city and direct access to the attached balcony. The loft has a two twin beds. Downstairs there is a master king bedroom with views of the marina. An additional large bedroom with two queen beds and en suite bathroom. All bedrooms and common rooms are large with plenty of common space for hanging out, relaxing, playing games, etc. All rooms have flat screen TVs with cable service. High speed WiFi.

Overall, this unit can accommodate up to 16 guests.

If you enjoy fishing, bring your boat down! A slip is reserved with your rental, at no extra cost. The dock has power, fresh water, and a covered fish cleaning station. A commercial size ice maker is available for guest use. Our condo is right next to a great restaurant with craft beer on tap, music & Tiki Hut sunset cruises.

The Neighborhood:
Key West is a special place within the U.S. Tropical warm winds year round, thick green foliage, world class fishing and diving, 10+ palm tree species, historic homes, 200+restaurants & bars on this 4mi x 2mi island. The location of this home is perfect for getting anywhere in Key West. Quick access to New Town and grocery stores as well as Duval Street and anywhere else in Downtown Key West. Bayview park is next door with plenty of open spaces, tennis courts, basketball hoops, and festivals on many weekends throughout the year.

Getting Around:
Our location allows you to get around by foot or bicycle. Electric carts are rented frequently on the island - we can accommodate plug in. You won't need a car, unless you're driving down route 1 from mainland FL. Lyft/Uber are plentiful.

Other Things to Note:
Check-in 4pm, Check-out 10am. Pet friendly for one dog, up to 25lbs with a $200 non-refundable pet fee. Free parking on-site guaranteed for 2 vehicles (to include golf cart). Max boat length 40ft, max boat beam 13ft, there is a fixed bridge entrance with 18-ft clearance into the marina. All guests must be a minimum age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent. Events must be approved in advance.

Interaction with Guests:
I will not be on the premises. Condo is managed by Keys Time Vacation Rentals. No in-person check-in required. Digital access to the property via keyless entry codes to condominium elevator and common spaces. Condo unit code will be provided no less than 24 hours prior to arrival date. Maintenance is accessible during the same.

Our stay at the Meadows was nothing short of delightful. The location is perfect, close enough to walk to most spots in Key West—unless, of course, you're accompanied by kids who turn into professional complainers at the mere mention of a stroll. The manager was a lifesaver when our group expanded from 2 to 9, and the condo comfortably accommodated all of us: 5 adults and 4 kids aged 8 to 15. The loft, with its quirky slanted ceiling and two single beds, might not be ideal for adults, but our young boys declared it the coolest room in the house. We were pleasantly surprised by the well-stocked supplies. No need for emergency runs to buy more paper products or soap, a rarity in rental experiences. The compact kitchen was another nice surprise, equipped with everything you could possibly need. A couple of drawbacks: parking was a tight squeeze, especially with neighboring giant trucks. During our stay, weekend parties meant the pool was occasionally overtaken by rowdy, beer-demanding men who screamed up at the balcony for our teenage daughters to "bring them more beer", so you might want to avoid weekends if you're with family. On the upside, the corner bar treated us to live music on Tuesday evening, giving us a private concert feel from our spacious patio. Speaking of the patio, it was large enough and well-furnished for everyone to enjoy.

Property clean with great location. Comes with many extras like beach towels which was great. Easy communication with owner and property manager. Macs is a restaurant next store that has great drinks and food....nice to be able to walk there. Thanks for sharing your home.

We were traveling with "old" friends (50+ years of friendship) and wanted a place that would afford us space to socialize and spend time to together, as well as be convenient to all the things we wanted to do in Key West. This condo was just the ticket for us. It is a beautiful condo, in a great location, fully equipped with all the necessitates. Thanks for a great stay.

Overall, I would not recommend this property. The apt had 4 bathrooms as listed and 2 were on the same breaker that kept short circuiting. These 2 bathrooms had no lights and were not usable. The doors to the patio areas do not have locks so we had full sliding doors that could not be secured. The front door was not particularly secure. No flexibility on the 10am check out.

It was very nice. Great views and locations. But there could at least be salt and pepper in the cupboards. Loved having a washer and dryer for beach towels and suits. The fact that each room had a bathroom was a blessing.

The property was perfect for our group of friends. There was plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. We especially liked hanging out on the balcony with the beautiful view. The pool area with the grills and tiki bar were perfect for an Al fresco dinner. The communication and easy of booking were prompt and efficient. The on site staff was very friendly. I would definitely recommend this property!

We had a group of 9 guys stay here for a boys trip a few weeks ago. The place was in terrific condition and, while not huge, has PLENTY of beds for a big group and works for any group up to probably 12 people. The pool is a shared pool with other guests of the condo property, but is in terrific condition and right on the water. The location is good but a bit of a walk to Duval St. area...however Ubers are super available and quick and it's less than a 5 minute Uber. It still is walkable but probably about a 25 minute walk. Kim was very responsive and helpful - highly recommend!

Location is perfect. House is stocked with soap, sponge, dishwasher pods, enough plates, silverware, toaster, crockpot etc and beach towels. It’s the small things! Stocked enough toilet paper for our stay. One thing to note: you have to find your own trailer parking. They give a place they recommend for you but just something to be aware of. Overall: would highly recommend and stay again should we come back.

This condo was the perfect place for my Bachelorette party. Kim was great with communication, offered a storage locker for those that arrived/departed outside of the condo being available and we were even able to check in early. It was spacious and stocked with everything we needed for the weekend. We loved having a place we could relax on the balcony or in the pool and also easily take a quick Uber drive to Duval. The one thing lacking was mirrors - we would have liked to have at least one full-length mirror and additional mirrors for putting on makeup. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

This property and Kim were wonderful! We were also able to use a boat slip which was super!! The condo was spacious and clean, water pressure was pretty low (but my guess that is a building problem), but it was great having a bathroom in each bedroom!! Thank you so much for answering all my questions so quickly every time!! If we go back to Key West, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!!! Thanks again🏖️

Great bachelor party home base for 9 guys. Ubers we’re super easy to catch. It’s about a mile walk to duval but definitely doable. The pool was heated and clean. Plenty of towels for the pool and bathing. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The restaurant below is called mellow cafe and was a nice surprise (didn’t show up online when we searched the area). They cooked our catch for a decent price and have great breakfast tacos. Free ice for your coolers in the bottom floor garage. They stored our luggage after check out (need to ask the staff office). Overall it exceeded our expectations. This would be a great place for family get together too.
