Decepción

La localización

La ventana de habitación daba a las escaleras por lo que tenias que tener todo el rato la cortina cerrada para tener intimidad. Además, se oye cuando suben y bajan los clientes y el personal, menos mal que no hay muchas habitaciones. El baño no está todo lo limpio que debiera y necesita una reforma. El edificio en sí tiene muchas posibilidades. Es una pena que no lo aprovechen más. No hay ninguna zona de estar cómoda a pesar de tener espacio de sobra. Me deceppcionó.

Will definitely come back again

Staffs are very helpful and friendly. We checked out quite late and passed the dinner time. They still try their best to ask kitchen cooking something for me.

Cute place!

Cedric and all the staff there are super friendly and accommodating. We got a cute little bed and breakfast vibe from this place and I’m happy that we stayed here! It’s definitely not in the centre of town but it’s not hard to get around. Super comfortable beds and a great time overall.

The bathroom had a bunch of mosquitos because there are no mosquitos. But aside from this all was well.

Thalis, the indian restaurant nearby.

we arrived late and it was in a very dark side road. and the room looked nothing like the photos.

everything was perfect，located at the end of the pathway，so it might be muddy in the rainy day，but it was not some problem，the hosts really super nice，and there was a supermarket nearby

The room on the pictures looked like it has a window but that was just window to the stairs of the hotel. And the bathroom was opposite side of a hallway so not in room

Todo está muy limpio. Es muy agradable y confortable. Está en una zona muy bien conectada, tranquila y agradable. Hay restaurantes cerca. El personal del hotel es muy eficiente y agradable. Te ayudan mucho y te hacen sentirte en casa. Recomendable 100%

Fantastic place to stay in Colombo

Very spacious room with comfortable beds and pillows. 3 x sitting areas with soft seating upstairs and downstairs. The use of a fully functioning kitchen. Outdoor dinning table and more seating under a verandah for when it rains. Shared bathroom, very clean and toiletries topped up daily. Within easy reach of local buses to many different areas of Colombo. Both Cedric and Anthony couldn't be more welcoming. Cedric is happy to share his wealth of knowledge to guests including excellent recommendations of local food restaurants. Would highly recommend to anyone. Thanks for a great 4 night stay.

A caring, friendly, serene place which icentrally located but quiete

It was a spacious, quiet, serene, and friendly place. Staff, particularly the chief of them, Cedric, was super proactive from the very next second upon making the booking online. His communications were reassuring, gave the feeling that it's a caring environment. This was reestablished upon checking in.

The location identification for cabs using google maps is confusing at times. But then again it's not the fault of Greenscspe. The access road to the property from Greenlands Avenue is not great, particularly during the rainy season. Siripa lane access is good

great affordable stay in a nice and quiet part of Colombo

the room was comfy, the staff was super kind and nice, the location worked for us. go out the back entrance, short walk and you have food, coffee, and ample tuk tuks. great affordable price.

the bathroom is private but ours was just outside the room. not a deal breaker for us, and maybe other rooms have bathrooms inside? not sure.

Guter Start auf Sri Lanka - gerne wieder!

Schönes Zimmer, alles da was man braucht und der Besitzer war super freundlich und hilfsbereit! Das Hotel liegt in schöner Nachbarschaft, Supermarkt & Restaurants fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Zentrum Ist etwa 15 Minuten mit dem TukTuk entfernt.

Good

The room was quite big and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was big,too and clean. The garden outside was well organised and relaxing. In general the hotel is situated in a silent place. The staff was extremely kind and helpful.

The air conditioner was a little too noisy, particularly at night, and there were few mold stains in the corner of the room. Maybe the room should have been cleaned more frequently.

Pretty and comfortable room

The room was clean and designed in a tasteful way. We had hot water in the shower and the bed was comfortable. So basically everything we needed was there :) Very nice and helpful staff.

Pleasant stay - but wished I had another room

The property is located in a gorgeous quiet little alley, far from the buzzing street. The staff was very nice and helpful. Everything was very clean and nicely decorated. There are also 2 very cute cats :)

My room was located on the ground floor without any outside window, so it smelt a bit damp. The only window opened on the staircase, which isn't great for privacy - I had to keep the curtains closed the whole time. My bathroom was located outside my bedroom, which I found a bit annoying and not ideal for privacy. I wished I could have had another room on the first floor.

Good location & place for exploring Colombo

Good location Spacious room Cedric was very friendly and waited for us until 12am for the check in

The room we stayed in didn't have en-suite, the bathroom was in the hallway
