Excellent accommodation, central to everything. Spacious apartments facing the beach. Some of the furniture and fittings in the apartment we had, could do with an update. Each apartment is individually owned, and the other two apartments we have stayed in the complex were fine. Shops next door, great restaurants and bars only a short walk. Karen is a brilliann manager, always helpful. We will stay again in the future.

My partner and I had a wonderful stay in a very spacious 1 bedroom apartment. It really was huge and the beach view and balcony wonderful. Location and facilities perfect, we will be sure to return before too long.

The apartment is fantastic. Very comfortable beds, clean linens, beautiful beachfront view. The downside was that there was a cockroach by the tv in the master bedroom and very limited quantity of toiletries for the whole stay.plus, the pool is lacking tiles and looks into taken care of

We were amazed how big the villa was, it had everything we needed and the beds were so comfortable , it was lovely to sit on the patio and hear and see the beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we enjoyed the cafe out the front of the villa for breaky and lunch also there were great restaurants to have dinner nightly.

The unit I stayed in was very spacious and comfortable. The location was excellent - the beach is across the street as well as a bus stop a few steps away and a small shopping centre a few bus stops down the road. Great eateries next door. It was particularly nice opening the blinds in the morning to look over the beach across the road. Nice place to relax and walk along the beach.

Unit 10 is one of the best apartments we have ever stayed in. We had everything we needed to the extent we barely left the place during our 2 night stay. View of the beach from the balcony watching the passing parade of holidaymakers added to the atmosphere. Would definitely stay here again if it is available on future visits to Palm Cove.

Enjoyed our stay here. The beach is across the street and restaurants are as close as next door or a short walk away. The service on check in was fast and friendly. There is only an AC unit in the bedroom, so the rest of unit became a little warm.

We booked one bed room of this apartment. I believe you can book up to three bedroom as the two other bedrooms were just locked off. It was very spacious with a beautiful view of the beach across the street. It was clean, although the couch and chair could use to be cleaned, but not awful. The apartment complex was in the center of everything and had a lovely pool. Eva was also available to book tours for us.

Fantastic location and nice quality spacious accommodation. Highly recommended!Only comments are that the hob (2 ring) was small if you are a foody and want to cook. The air conditioning in the bedroom was excellent but none in the living room which would have been preferred. The apartments are self catering, not serviced, which was fine by us.

The location is post card tropical, the apartment has uninterrupted views of the water through the palms, the traffic is slow and light, the restaurants are all close by, and the apartment itself is large, well appointed and maintained. The staff were a delight to meet and provide for our needs.

if wifi was able to have been accessed from on the rooms then this would have been the ideal place to stay. I had some work and other real world commitments that we're going on inspite of my holiday attempts and so connectivity is vital these days. The connection at the pool was adequate but the location meant some work could not be done. Staff were great and loved the locale.

Accomodation was great.Service was great.Flights were great.The only issue was with airport transfers(booked through expedia).Airport to hotel was fine but when we rang to confirm hotel to airport we found the number on the expedia itinerary was incorrect.We contacted expedia and after some were given a number to ring.We were told there was no booking.We were able to book in for the following day.This caused an amount of stress at the end of a great holiday

My friend and I just spent a week here and we shared a bedroom with 2 single beds. The apartment itself was wonderful - just what we had hoped for after reading the reviews. Big lounge and dining area with a couch that overlooks the double glass doors out to the verandah and sensational view of Palm cove beach. We were on the second floor but every room has a view - although we did prefer our level to ground where you do get a tad less privacy due to people entering and leaving their apartments. There is a lift - which was great for our luggage but we took the stairs coming and going generally. We spent heaps of time on the amazing verandah which was a good size with a good quality outdoor table and chairs - just lovely to watch the sea and the world of Palm cove go by - we even saw a wedding on the beach right in front of the apartments! The beds were standard singles and the room was an adequate size for the 2 of us. It did have a good wardrobe. Just the one bathroom (with toilet inside) given that we had only one bedroom and although another bathroom or a separate toilet would have been nice we did not have any problems sharing. The kitchen was a good size and well equipped. The pool area is beautiful and affords some protection when it is windy on the beach as it is located behind the apartments. As others have noted the pool temperature was good - there is also a BBQ area here and lounges with adequate shade for those of us not wanting to risk burning.

As I travelled with a friend, finding a second bedroom with a king sized bed was much appreciated. Check in was easy and Eva gave us some useful advice about booking dinners. We had organised a coles delivery that arrived at 4:55pm ( our delivery time nomination was between 2 and 5!), something that I would recommend. The location was fabulous, between Peppers and the Reef House. We were lucky to stay in room 10 which is on the first floor and so the view of the ocean is quite clear through the trees. The balcony is sheltered so we spent quite a bit of time out there. When hanging up towels, 2 of them had marks on them. The noise of the wooden laminate floors was very loud, both from within the apartment and from the apartment above. Overall, a very comfortable place that we would consider again.

Excellent manager, extremely helpful. Beautiful view of ocean and sea breezes made it a very relaxing stay. Beautiful ensuite/bathrooms.Very close to great variety of restaurants. Wi-fi by pool, Lift access,ceiling fans throughout and a/c in bedrooms.Would suit families as well as couples.
