***New management- seasoned VRBO hosts- We changed property managers and therefore had to create a new listing. We've been around for a long time with five star reviews and Premier Hosts.*** Located on Vilano Beach, St. Augustine, FL, this three-story townhome is waiting to make memories for you and your family. Designed to envelope the soul in tranquility, this three-story townhome has amazing ocean views. Sleeps 6 comfortably, with two kings and one queen bed. One primary bedroom includes a bathroom suite. The other shares the hall bath which has recently been renovated with a walk in shower. New gorgeous tile throughout! ***Experience the epitome of seaside luxury in our recently renovated primary bedroom bathroom. A thoughtfully designed retreat, the serene bathroom hosts a large walk-in shower with exquisite tile work. New tile throughout the entire room! (Photos to come!) Includes a walk in closet.
The main floor boasts a gourmet kitchen, half bath, laundry room, family room, dining area, and ocean viewing area.
The gourmet kitchen contains stainless steel appliances, gourmet pans, dishes and serving ware. A gourmet coffee maker with both a Keurig dispenser and regular carafe is provided. A laundry room houses a full size washer and dryer.
A generous wooden table with Renovation Hardware style seating fills the dining area. Serve meals made from the gourmet kitchen which includes a five burner/warmer cooktop and convection/conventional oven.
A favorite area in the home is the viewing area. This area is surrounded with windows and houses two cozy wicker gliders and a table. You feel so close to the water in this area, almost like you're on a cruise ship! Relax here to watch the sunrise and sip your coffee or watch the moon rise and gaze upon the ocean~ absolutely incredible. The townhome is stocked with bedding, towels, beach towels and 6 beach chairs. The lower level contains a garage to park your car or store your kayaks and surfboards.
The balcony on the main floor houses seating. The second level also includes a private balcony off both of the primary bedrooms. Relax on Adirondack chairs on the private, newly built deck below. A private shower and hose are located right by your deck. So close to the ocean! There are three levels: the garage, the main living area and on the third level, all bedrooms. Incredible views! Please note that there are two sets of stairs.

Directly on the beach but minutes to historic downtown St. Augustine~exactly 5.1 miles, about 13 minutes by car. TPC Sawgrass PGA Tour Golf Course is 34 minutes away. Publix shopping is 2.1 miles or a 3 minute drive. Amazing restaurants nearby include Caps on the Water, The Reef, Aunt Kate's, and Beaches. All very close!

You cannot be closer to the beach! This lovely condo is right on the sand. You walk out the door and there you are. The seating area in the living room surrounded on all sides with floor to ceiling windows is absolutely stunning. We could sit there for hours. Two bedrooms have access to balconies that overlook the ocean. Almost every morning we saw dolphins. One day I saw a dolphin jump all the way out of the water. It was like something from a movie. The beach itself is clean with soft sand and it wasn’t crowded at all. It took us a while to book this place. We were offered many other places at a discounted rate but finally decided on this condo without a discount. I think we found one of the best places on the beach! The only thing to keep in mind is that this is a condo and you will need to walk up some stairs to access the living spaces. Of course, you need to be on the upper floors for those views! I almost don’t want to recommend this place so highly so we can keep it a secret for ourselves. It is wonderful!

If you like a quiet almost personal beach; amazing house with almost every amenity - even those you don't think you need.
Close to everything if you want to shop, eat out, or do tourist things.

Home is beautiful, very clean and right on the beach. Our favorite part was the large window alcove to sit in, its like being right on the sand. Beds were really comfortable, bathrooms spacious and so pretty. Beach is quiet, not a lot of people. Close to St. Augustine restaurants and activities. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great stay! The location was perfect! The condo was amazing, beautifully decorated, and provided everything that we needed! The beach was so close and we spent most of our time there! Absolutely loved everything about this place!

The home was beautiful and the location was a dream, especially on most days where it felt like we were the only ones on the beach. The house was first class all around. We didn’t go anywhere else because the house was so comfortable and it just gave us the most relaxed vacation in decades. Hope to be back soon!

Loved our week on the beach! Waking up to run on the sand, chill all day on the shore, and close enough to drive over to St. Augustine for dinners and shopping. The condo is super clean, very nice finishes and touches throughout that made our stay fantastic.

We were a group of 4 women on our yearly winter beach trip to Florida. Condo was amazing with multiple decks and an indoor bump out for lounging and conversation. The kitchen was well stocked, plenty of towels and linens, and the beds comfortable. Loved the nice flat beach of Vilano for walking. Best place to eat and enjoy the sunset was Caps on the Water, only a mile from condo. St Augustine was a quick 15 minute drive.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this gorgeous condo. It is well appointed, and has everything you will need for your stay. Please be aware there are a lot of steps in the condo. The beds were comfortable and had plenty of pillows to choose from, for those who have a pillow preference.
The views are priceless, some of the best we’ve encountered in our many years of travel. The glass room and the upper patio are just perfect for sitting and enjoying the beauty of the beach and ocean.

Can’t say how much my family and I enjoyed our time here. We had myself, my mom, step-dad, husband and our 16 year old daughter with us, and the place was perfect for us. It was so clean and everything was of high quality (appliances, furniture, beds, etc.). We couldn’t have asked to be any closer to the beach and it was so nice an quiet while we were there. Close enough to plenty of restaurants and sights to see yet also far enough away from any crowds that it was totally relaxing and quiet while at the unit. Everything was very well stocked for cooking, etc. Melinda was always quick to respond to any questions we had.
Just cannot express how wonderful a place this is. Definitely one of absolute best places we’ve ever stayed at.

This place was incredible with amazing views. The town home has everything that you need. Pack in Play for the young kid, Board games, Body Boards and sand toys for the beach and everything needed in the kitchen to include some left over spices! Outdoor shower to wash off after the beach with plenty of towels (Beach towels above the Washer/Dryer) and the propane grill with the extra tank! The host responds promptly, and was very helpful during our stay when needed. Despite it being located on A1A, it was very quiet and could not hear the traffic. Very comfortable place, will be booking again. Don't hesitate on booking, this place is awesome. Just as shown in the pictures if not better.

The property was amazing! Everything we could have wanted and more! The "looking room" as we called it was awesome. You could curl up with a book or sit and enjoy the view. Right on the ocean, the property had multiple balconies and ocean views from all but one back bedroom. Nice, low key area near enough to St Augustine tourism but felt secluded and beachy. Well equipped kitchen, beautiful beach.

Upscale, modern townhouse and location!! You can’t get any closer to the beach, it’s at your doorstep, literally. Super comfy beds, fully stalked kitchen, cozy blankets, all the comforts of home. Grocery store, Publix 2 min away for quick runs. It really is a dream location for beachfront property.

When we approached the date of out rental we could not find it on line and we didn't have the entrycode . We thought that maybe we had been scammed! Fortunately we found a number to call that assured us that all was well and that we would be receiving the code in the next few days.

We loved our stay, the house was beautiful and well appointed and exactly as advertised. We were there for a week, with 2 kids (3 & 6) and 4 adults (parents and grandparents). It was wonderful to have such a direct view of the ocean and beach from the main floor and 2 of the 3 bedrooms, and all of the bedrooms were comfortable and on the same floor (upstairs). Downtown St. Augustine was a short drive across the bridge, and very cute, with plenty of things to do with kids. There was a park with a playground half a mile from the house, Publix 2 miles from the house on the way to/from the bridge, and a couple waterfront restaurants a half mile in the other direction. Vilano Beach seemed nicer and more residential than St. Augustine Beach, and we were very glad to have chosen this lovely home for our vacation!

Everything was about as perfect as you could ask for. Excellent location. The house was better then we could have even imagined. Highly recommend. It was an overall wonderful experience.
