Welcome to White Sands! This stunning 5BD/3 BA oceanfront home can accommodate 11 guests and boasts the largest open living space of all our properties. This house is one of our more unique oceanfront properties with the ocean side primarily made of windows making the views spectacular, a giant ocean porch, and a covered 2nd living space under the home with a manicured grass oceanfront lawn! This beach home is situated toward the end of the one-way East Arctic Ave, with plenty of driveway and underneath parking. The living space and bedrooms of this home are all on one floor!
White Sands, renovated head to toe (2020), features gorgeous hardwood floors and a more than spacious, entertaining high-end kitchen consisting of a giant island that opens up to the dining and living areas. It also includes a chef's gas range, more than enough counter space for preparing meals for family and friends, plenty of seating between the kitchen table and porch tables, and additional bar stools off the counter. In addition, the furnishings, artwork, culinary dream kitchen, and high-end finishing throughout the home will not go unnoticed.

Folly Beach, or as locals refer to it, The Edge of America, is a laid-back, golf-cart-friendly community with many great restaurants, a booming nightlife, plenty of shopping, water activities, and water tours. No pets allowed. Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA and are not allowed in properties unless specifically designated in writing as “pets considered” and approved by our office.
No smoking is allowed in or outside of the house.
House parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, DJs, etc., are prohibited.
The occupancy can be at most 11 people at any time during your stay.
We require 50% payment at the time of booking. The remaining 50% of your balance will be due 30 days before the check-in date, and we will run the card on file. Bookings within 30 days of your arrival date require full payment at the time of booking.

This is a wonderful house and site with everything our family of 6 adults and 5 kids (6 years old and younger) could possibly want. The interior is tastefully done and yet super comfortable. The spacious living/dining/kitchen have fantastic views and access to the huge oceanfront deck. Bedrooms and baths are great, with the kids bunk room winning rave reviews. The downstairs shaded gathering and play area with 3/4 bath got much use. The beach reconstruction bulldozers provided some unplanned entertainment, and a little inconvenience, but the new beach (which opened today,…the day of our departure), is amazing. We highly recommend this property.

This beautiful beach house is in the perfect location on Folly Beach! You are far enough away from the center of town to enjoy the quiet, but close enough to easily drive there for drinks and dining; and it's close proximity to Charleston makes it the perfect spot to enjoy both the beach and the city in one vacation. Sitting on the deck listening to the waves roll in is so peaceful and relaxing... you won't be disappointed staying in this home.

First of all the view to the water is amazing. The main floor of the house has big glass sliding doors so no matter where you walk you can see the ocean. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, zero issue with sleeping and showering. The house had an awesome open floor plan perfect for hanging out. The house was very clean and modern. The house had all the utensils, dishes and cups you would need. The deck was absolutely awesome, plenty of seating and a cool gas fire pit. You could walk right on to the beach from the deck. The downstairs under the house had a outdoor bathroom and shower and plenty of seating and tables to hang out. This house met every need for what me and my friends wanted. It was absolutely perfect.

Unassuming property from the outside, but inside is first class. Almost everything thought of/provided. Spacious. Position on beach allows for great views. Very child friendly - we had a 3 year old grandchild, a couple of teenagers, adult "children", etc. Only negatives: one bedroom ocean front, the rest are in back of house. No beach towels/chairs which would seem a no brainer for a property that had everything else. Overall we very much enjoyed our sty and highly recommend the property.

This is not a typical rental property. This is a great place for a family vacation. High end appliances, high quality furniture, great mattresses, really nice towels and sheets. Beautiful view, wide beach, and very close to town. I hope to secure this place again next year.

Do you want to thank you for your amazing hospitality! If I can make just some small suggestions to help the next customer, enjoy it even more please leave instructions for the large TV in the living room of how to work the actual TV it was complicated to figure out we were never able to watch TV. The next suggestion is we couldn't find any serving platters to put things on for dinners, and we felt that there were Not enough mugs for coffee and tea. I know that's very minor but every little bit helps I am in the service industry and I understand how to set yourself ahead of your competition. Again I want to thank you at home was lovely. The decor was lovely. The view was lovely , we look forward to hopefully returning again someday . Kim Major

This Home was amazing!!!! The home had everything, I mean everything we needed and more. The home was clean and the staff checked in on us to make sure we were ok and if we needed anything. My family WILL be back soon!

The house was amazing and perfectly described! Perfect location right on the beach! The outdoor shower was the best! The only thing I would recommend is a king size bed in the master suite and a few key spices in the kitchen. Also might suggest WD40ing the door hinges. ;) I would highly recommend this house and hope to be back!!

Overall we were very happy with our stay. You can’t beat this location. Right on the beach and wonderful views. The house was comfortable and clean and accommodated our group of 7 very well. However due to the cost of the rental we felt that more should have been provided. The listing does state that items are limited but you are welcome to use what ever is left by previous occupants, however nothing was. They also state that you will need to supply any extra paper products you may need after what is supplied. The items in the kitchen and laundry were very limited and no necessities, including shampoo in bath. If you are planning to stay here please be sure and plan for the lack of amenities that have been available in all of the other rentals we have been in over the decade of renting.

The house was inviting, clean and beautiful! We enjoyed every minute of our time at 1105. We had three families share the space with a group of small children and it boded perfectly to our group. Perfect ocean views and a great lower-level area with a play area, picnic tables and source of shade when taking a break from the beach ... which was just steps away and accessed by a private entrance to the beachfront.
