It was fraudulently stay by price.

Location.

There’s no shampooing or shower gel. There’s no Netflix or Tv channel. I booked for 68€, But the owner forced me to pay 98€, when asked him why? He told me it’s fees for cleaning 😡. Sorry he confused me.

Needs to provide parking same as advertised in the announce..however.there is two security guards every night. Just tip them to ensure your car is safe.

cancelled apartment on the day of arrival

the apartment was clean and modern

we booked 2 apartments for 7 people. The day of arrival at 14:00 the owner tried to call us (we already did not have internet) to tell us that she could not give us one of the apartments because there was a problem. She only provided as an alternative another apartment only for 2 people instead somewhere else in la Marsa which was not a solution for the whole group. We had to check for alternatives almost in the middle of the night. The owner even asked us to cancel ourselves the apartment in booking when it was her the one that had to do so and she refused. No proper solution, no compensation and information received too late. If you want to avoid problems in your stay in Tunis, we don’t recommend this apartment.

Apartments was brand new, extremely spacious, full cutlery in the kitchen, everything you need for long stay. I have used Bolt, 5 min taxi ride to beach or bo-said or Carrefour la marsa.
