Quiet and comfortable.

The accommodation was well appointed, beds comfortable and it was clean. Good central locations to see Hobbiton, Waitomo Caves etc. Despite being 20 minutes from town centre, there are plenty of shops nearby.

The apartment can be hard to cool down.

Perfect overnight stop on our way back from Northland - modern, warm and comfy and close to shops.

Very well positioned and appointed comfy modern townhouse on the edge of Hamilton. Very handy to the motorway and supermarket. Great bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. Overall very comfortable, clean and warm.

The fold out couch was not very comfortable as a bed - very low as on the floor and a thin squab. A proper sofa bed with a mattress would be much preferable. Would also recommend you look at doing something with the yard - it's pretty barren at the moment!

I liked how cosy this was and was prefect for our family of 6 not to big not too small. Very homey and confortable

Fantastic little home for our family stay

Amazing little home with everything you could need, right from salt down to washing liquid for clothes

The parking. We had a Corolla so it was fine but anything bigger will be a struggle

The property was extremely clean and tidy with everything that you could need! It was also extremely helpful having the laminated sheets explaining everything we needed to know about the property/parking etc

Comfortable stay for business travel

Unit was modern and comfortably furnished - had everything I expected.

I was unable to use the park provided in front of the garage for any of the 3 nights due to the neighbour parking their vehicle obstructing the access. I parked on the road which was fine and there were spaces available.

Very relaxing however we shut the blinds as others could see in from every angle in the living room

The Vehicle car space was a little prohibitive however because my vehicle needed repairs I had to park in the space reserved as there was very limited street parking in the built up area until my car was towed by AA,I appreciate the neighbours seemed to be understanding?

Close to Everything.

We liked everything about the house everything you needed and close to restaurants and supermarket . Also Close to be able to get on the motorway but not close that you can hear it.🥰

Really could do with better beds very low and so hard they were uncomfortable. Woke through the night stiff and sore and we are only in our 40's. I would liken them to dorm beds .Would definitely stay again if we knew the beds were more comfortable. I would certainly pay another $30 a night if the beds were top notch.

Lovely 2 bedroom unit in new area

Had all the things needed for our stay. Good quality hair products & body wash Good amount of kitchen products cups/plates etc. Great to have garage to park in. Very quiet @ night for such a busy colt a sac. Entry instructions very clear before leaving home. Excellent Wifi.

Extra cleaning charge over the price of the stay.

Great communication and very clean accommodation. It had everything we needed to have an enjoyable stay, even left us some chocolate which was nice. Was convenient to town and shops.

Only enough parking for one vehicle but as we only had one car that wasn't an issue.

This is an good property, with comfortable beds and quality pillows it would be very good.

The house itself is very good, relatively new, plenty of room for two people and everything needed for the stay was provided. The location was in a quiet suburb which suited us. Access was easy via the door code system and communication with the owner was excellent. There is a garage however it is only suitable for smaller cars, in our case it was a handy space to dry the washing during the rainy days.

Unfortunately the beds are terrible. The beds are very firm and the springs can be felt sticking into your body, as a result it's very difficult to get a good nights rest. We were there for 5 nights and we both tossed and turned all night. It's almost like the beds were bed bases and the mattress was missing altogether. Quality pillow top mattresses or the addition of memory foam mattress toppers would be highly recommended. I know the firmness of beds is a personal choice thing but even people who like firm beds are not going to like the bed springs sticking into them. The quality of the pillows was also disappointing even though there was several to choose from none of them had sufficient quality filling in them. Better quality dinning chairs would also be a bonus.

A lovely little well equipped house for a short stay which we enjoyed 😊

We were very lucky to obtain this delightful house at very short notice after cyclone Gabrielle altered our original plans to stay in northland after our arrival to Auckland. It was easy to access with instructions from the owners and communication was great. Beds were comfy, bathroom was roomy and everything was functional. Location was great for accessing Hamilton.

Parking was tight for a larger vehicle. Grass was a little long when it is necessary to go through to access the garbage bins. TV not available but we put that down to the wind affecting the antenna? None of these things were major issues and I would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Nice house in a quiet location that has everything you need for a stay away, we also found several parks for a child to play just 5 min away and good local amenities.

Parking is a little tight if you have a large vehicle but still very manageable.
