The property manager was not only unprofessional she was very disrespectful. There was no water in the building for a long period of time when addressing the issue with her she said it wasn’t even that long but the concern was you did nothing to accommodate the inconvenience nor understand the frustration on our part. There is limited eating options in the area. You’ll have trouble sleeping due to the amount of noise surrounding hotel. When asked for recommendations no hotel employee was able to help they just simply said walk down there you might find something. While waiting for transportation they couldn’t even turn on the lights in patio for the driver to see us. The rooms are small the beds where uncomfortable and there’s only one dirty dresser available for items. We originally had a two bedroom room and upon arrival were split up due to over booking on their part when that was addressed she stated that we were lucky we weren’t left out in the street cause that happens all the time. Contacting Expedia was even less help as a travel app they should do better research on who they vouch for in the future they were also no help. In my opinion this “hotel” is where locals go to realtions and be gone after they’re done. Finally the amount of the lodge shouldn’t affect the level of professionalism they court their business with.

The reception was really nice but the room was dirty. I had to ask for pillow, bedsheets and duvet change. I didnt expect that. The receptionist guy named David that speaks English was really nice though. I would give a five just for him.

the front desk was a bit rude I had to ask for towels many times but they are unsure of check out times with staff I was told 2pm but had a knock on my door for 12:30pm and I was rushed out but when I asked for towels that took as much time and then I still had to go downstairs to get then

First the positives the staff isn't bad, they will try to help you. There is a atm in the lobby but be careful using something so obvious it might overcharge you. The room was decent and had a fridge. It's close to a supermarket . Now the bad stuff. The staff seems to not be trained in hospitality and I know I was hospitality major in college. The Wi-Fi coverage was terrible and I told them about it. I found a work around by using my secondary smartphone as router extension to get wi fi coverage. There was no workspace for business travelers and believe me they had space for one in my room. Don't order in without expecting ants so throw away the garbage outside or the lobby.

It is a 3 star for RD, not more but not less either. Staff is outstanding and afable. There is no lift, but you can ask for help. You need to ask for cleaning service of the room. It is a very good place to crash for a couple of nights and price is according to facilities.

No elevators, room cleaning service was pore, only 1 cushion for each person. They only put 1 toilet paper each time and 2 towels nothing more. They have a electricity saving system that whenever you go out of the room everything shuts down including the mini fridge. So when you return into the room its very hot and the also the drinks in the fridge.

The hotel is extremely clean, everybody working there is very polite. Just keep in mind - if you are travelling from the US - that the staff speaks only Spanish. Still, they do everything they can to help.

I only have one complaint. A young woman at front desk went knocking on my hotel door when I had the do not disturb sign up. She was impolite and insisted that the maid needed to finish cleaning when all that was left was to place new towels in bathroom. I was also charged $500 pesos for a broken light bulb upon leaving which in sure was not broken by me.

This is a new and clean hotel, the hotel is beautiful inside. The only thing that was missing was a coat closet, microwave and a refrigerator. There wasn’t much free or English programs on the television. The staff could be more English oriented. Communication with the staff was by translator app. But other than that I enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel conquistador to anyone.
