Extremely convenient to the whole downtown area and especially to the Knoxville Convention Center.
Beautifully decorated and clean. This was a very spacious layout. Newly installed patio with firepit. Every kitchen appliance you could every need with a nice coffee service. Access to a washer and dryer. Very nice linens and thick hotel quality towels.
We will stay here again, as we are in the area for business often.

My wife and i came to knoxville to attend our nephews wedding. We also celebrated our anniversary the same week. My wife found this property on vrbo. We are avid vrbo users for travel. My wife and i both agree; this was the BEST vrbo weve ever stayed in! I was amazed at how clean the place was! Not a spec of dust, cobweb, or dead bug anywhere!!! The place was white glove clean!! Major construction was taking place on a highway very close by, however, location of the home was out of site of the highway (good way), and highway traffic was not bothersome at all. Owner communication was great, positive, and helpful! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place! And plan to reserve again in the near future!

Our group really enjoyed our stay at this location. Has plenty of room and we stayed to explore the area and attend a bowling tournament. The place has plenty of fun games inside and lots of space for a bigger group (we had 7 stay). We loved the outside space as the new pavers area was nice. The outdoor lightening and plenty of chairs made for a nice, peaceful time. The place offered privacy but was close to everything. Ubers came out with no problem. One bathroom is a little awkward with an entrance to a bedroom to it but no way for that bedroom to get out to main areas without going through the bathroom. But, we were all close so we didn't mind.

We had a great time at the house. Close enough to downtown, while being private and semi-secluded. Plenty of space for everyone, we had way more space than we even needed.

My family and I were very pleased with flowing process of staying here. The property is tucked away in a wooded area but by the city. Quick and comfortable. Excellent stay!

Great location, well equipped, nice fire pit with Adirondack's and firewood, ping pong table was awesome. bedroom / bathroom layout is awkward and hvac system thermostat and return air in the bathroom was weird but functional

Great secluded property that is exactly as advertised. Perfect for family graduation with all adults. Truly enjoyed our stay!

Had a wonderful time at this location. Loved being hidden in the trees, but a quick drive to campus or downtown Knoxville. Will definitely look to stay here again.

We loved this place. It was clean and secluded. Seemed to be in a good location for what we we there for. The layout for the bathrooms were a bit odd. It was fine for us but may not work for some. Overall would definitely recommended!

Great location and very convenient for events at UT.

It was perfect. My only complaint was that there weren’t enough mirrors. It was a challenge getting ready to go out because there were only the 2 mirrors. And my 19 yo daughter really wanted a full view mirror for her outfit check. We made so tho and it didn’t stop us from anything.

The property was perfect for our family vacation. The sheets, comforters and mattresses were extremely inviting, the house was clean, and the location was in the perfect spot for visits to downtown Knoxville, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg.
The host was extremely responsive, kind, and provided a lot of great suggestions for activities. He addressed all our needs and questions immediately.
We would absolutely stay here again.

While the purpose of our visit wasn't comforting (we were traveling to visit a sick relative), this home was the comfort we needed. The traffic on the nearby highway was a bit hectic, but the home itself was exactly the cozy getaway we needed. Thank you!

My family and I have the following comments about this property:
1. The posting did not mention that one bathroom was accessible only through two of the bedrooms and that one of the bedrooms was accessible only through a bathroom. This arrangement was not convenient for my party of adult couples and singles.
2. The posting described the location as quiet. However, with no leaves on the trees to deaden the sound, the traffic noise from the Alcoa Highway was fairly constant. It was audible in the king bedroom as well as outside the house.
3. The location of the thermostat in the bathroom made it difficult to regulate the temperature unless the door to the bathroom was left open to the living room. As an aside, the bathroom door would either slam if not fully open or be difficult to open when closed when the heat/fan was on.
4. The house was well supplied with kitchen amenities and the beds were clean and comfortable. However, while clean, the facecloths were stained with makeup (?) or through general use and were not used.
5. Several of the shades/blinds were broken and could not be fully opened or closed. In particular, the blind next to the table in the living room was stuck in an up position.
6. The exterior light attached to the roof near the front door did not work, resulting in limited lighting near the entry to the home.

Our daughter was staying at the children’s hospital so we needed a place that was close and it’s only 7 minutes away! Very clean and comfortable home with all the added touches of comfortable beds, cable and many TV’s, fire pit and even games! They even have a high chair and pack n play! I would definitely stay here again

We enjoyed our stay here. Host, Jonathon, reached out in advance and everything was as stated. The house is tastefully furnished and comfortable. We had everything we needed even for meal preparation (bowls, pans, strainers, can openers, etc . . . ). I found a few minor challenges with the property:
1) the bathroom layout - one is between then main living area and a bedroom making it a bit awkward to use and the other which is shared by 2 bedrooms is quite small with old (squeaky) doors. The layout makes it hard to use the bathroom without disturbing the occupants in the adjoining room.
2) the property is densely wooded. The area surrounding the firepit is all dirt. This caused everything - adirondack chairs, grills, patio, etc . . . to be very dirty (I guess from rain splashing dirt & mud). It is also quite noisy due to proximity to major roads.
3) the ping pong table is in a one car garage located in the rear of the house and not visible to the firepit area
4) There is plenty of parking, but turning around to depart is tricky. Also, the driveway is super steep and appears to have washed out in the past. We missed the turn in initially, so keep your eyes peeled to the right as soon as you see the pond.
All in all it was mostly favorable with easy access to downtown Knoxville and campus!

We really enjoyed the privacy and felt like we were in the woods but super close to everything. The house was great and had tons of room.
Really nice updates. We felt right at home. Thank you

This is a nice place to stay close to downtown. It was very clean and well maintained. We appreciated the open communication and nice little touches around the house. Hope to stay again in the future.

This property was amazing! Great location and plenty of room for our whole family. Fun amenities for the kids and a great setting for an evening campfire. Had plenty of homewares and very relaxing in the home. And only a few minutes to downtown Knoxville!

Perfect spot for staying for University of Tennessee (and downtown Knoxville) events when you want more space than a hotel. The beds and bedding were awesome - exceeded our expectations. Kitchen has everything you need - fully stocked including a nice coffee maker (pot or individual cup). We spent some time outside with the cornhole boards while we cooked out on the charcoal grill. It has a nice outdoor area with lights and a firepit. Perfect for smores!. Host was very responsive to information requests and even helped us out when a friend left his keys and shipped them the next day. Would definitely stay again.

My family and I had an amazing stay in this beautiful house. They really put love into all the decor. The bedding in the Master was so luxurious I struggled to get out of it every morning. The location was tucked away, but a short drive to everywhere we wanted to go. The only negative would be the bathroom situation. While there are two, the front bathroom is a half bath with no outlets. With us having a teenage girl it left us fighting over the full bathrooms one outlet to get ready everymorning. But other than that it was an amazing stay and 100% would stay again.

We hosted our adult children as overnight guests - and because the house had more space than my sister's apartment, we were able to be the house for all the Christmas celebrations including her family, ours and our parents. Very cozy with a roaring fire, games, presents, Christmas music and movies - lots of laughter and good family time together.
