Oceanwalk 1:
This spacious townhouse is thoughtfully designed and fully equipped for your family beach vacation or long-term stay. It features three bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 16 people. On the first level, you’ll find a bedroom with two double beds, a full bathroom, and a dedicated laundry area. The second level includes a stunning kitchen with a large island, 5-burner gas stoves, upgraded appliances, an open-concept kitchen, dining and living space, and a balcony. Additionally, there is a half bath for convenience. The third level consists of two bedrooms, each with its ensuite bathroom, and the primary bathroom has a jetted tub and a large walk-in shower. A queen-sized air mattress is also available in the main bedroom closet.

Oceanwalk 2:
Our newest townhouse offers three bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 16 people. Similar to Oceanwalk 1, this townhouse is professionally designed and fully equipped for your stay. On the first level, you’ll find a bedroom with two twin-over-full bunk beds and a full bathroom, as well as a dedicated laundry area. The second level features a beautiful kitchen with a large island, a fully stocked kitchen, and an open kitchen, dining, living space, and a balcony. Additionally, there is a half bath for convenience. The third level consists of two bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms and king beds, and the primary bathroom offers a tub and a large walk-in shower.

House Rules for Welcome Home Rentals:
1. The primary renter must sign the renter agreement.
2. Pets must be approved and charged a fee. Additional pet fees may apply based on breed, size, and number of pets.
3. All events must be approved.
4. Check-in is at 4 p.m., and check-out is at 10 a.m. Unauthorized early check-ins or late check-outs will incur a $100 per hour fee.
5. Loud noise is prohibited after 10:00 p.m. and before 9:00 a.m., as per the City Ordinance enforced by the local authorities. Failure to adhere to city ordinances will result in immediate eviction.
6. Prices exclude a minimum $300 security deposit.
