Bien.Trato no muy amable.

Hubo una diferencia en el precio que no supieron explicarme. Solo dijeron que era un tema del banco y no le dieron explicaciones de la diferencia del precio. El trato por wsp no me pareció amable. De resto bien.

NOT GOOD. Bed mattress were very uncomfortable. NO WIFI outside your room BEWARE!!

The view was awesome.

This is not a hotel, just a random person renting a condo. I never saw a real person, only over the phone. There is no wifi outside of your room unless you stand at the parking lot with the guard, which makes it difficult to reach the attendant on whatsapp. If you're at the pool I had to go up to the 3rd floor near my room to get any signal. Next, it has been 10 days and I still haven't received my deposit refund after being assured it would be processed at checkout. My bank confirms that no attempt has been made to refund my card. I had to get booking.com involved and file a claim for my refund. Next, the stove didn't work and we had purchased food to cook so we ended up trying to cook eggs in the microwave. My wife continually had something biting her skin in her bed, we check and didn't see any bugs.

pire hôtel que j’ai pu aller

rien horrible expérience

emplacement nul , petite chambre à un prix exorbitant ( 80€ la nuit affichée sur booking pour s’apercevoir qu’une fois la réservation confirmée il y’a 80€ en plus de frais .. sois 160€ la nuit ) personnel d’une lenteur extrême aucun service climatisation qui ne fonctionne pas et mal mal isolée ( bruit de la mer dans les oreille ) pas de double vitrage . Même formule 1 c’est mieux !!! à fuir !!! à éviter

They Still haven’t refunded my money from the bond

I stayed one night and they haven’t refunded my money from the bond that was taken out

The view is not worth it, TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

the nicest about this place is the view to the water but definitely the pictures looks better than reality, the place is very small and old.

I didn’t like it that you have no host, there’s no one to help you out with any inquiries, the place was hard to find bcs map show one place but is in another, I had no wifi for days, I texted in what’s app and to the host, they never answered, wifi is essential for me as I work online, so I didn’t appreciate that, they didn’t told me there were going to be a cleaning service and my watch got stolen, I reached out, again there was no answer, it was a show by honestly! , nice view but not worth it. terrible experience!

No WIFI at the pool area. No staff present, only slow e-mail contact. There is nobody to talk with.

Big room, nice balcony (after some hassle), big refrigerator.

- WIFI only in the room, but no access at the pool area. Why don't they ensure it, as advertised? - With the given address, the old local taxi driver couldn't find the hotel, he asked 2 people to find it finally. Why don't they deploy an information table near the road? - Very expensive pool-bar, but ok, the prices are the same all around. - Only few shady places, and no umbrellas at the pool. Wake up early, and book your shady place, if you want it. - Only internet contact with the hotel, there is no phone number to talk with anybody! Although there is an office there, but they are not the employees of the hotel, and like to play the stupid. - I booked and paid balcony room, but of course, I got a simple room without balcony. After a long hassle, I got a balcony room (I repeat, they at the office know nothing, just playing the idiot). but I had to wait until 5 p.m. to make it ready. After 24 ours of travelling, it was aggravating! - the security box was closed, 3 days, and many e-mail exchange while they fixed it.
