Unter den Erwartungen; was Preis-Leistung angeht teuer, aber insgesamt ok

Frühstück war für ca. 25€ Aufpreis nicht angemessen, was Preis-Leistung angeht. Das Zimmer selbst hat Preis-Leistungstechnisch auch nicht unbedingt zusammengepasst, aber war in Ordnung. Die Tiefgarage war auch ohne riesiges Auto eher eine Herausforderung, aber besser als nichts.

Agréable surprise

Hôtel rénové avec goût. C’est très agréable. Avec mes collègues nous avons pu déguster un apéritif au sein du joli bar. Les deux jeunes personnes à l’accueil était hyper sympa surtout le monsieur dont je ne sais plus le prénom. Il a été hyper chaleureux et souriant et ça ça n’a pas de prix 🥇 bravo et surtout ne changez rien.

Mes affaires de valeur ont été volés par la femme de ménage et les moins importants retrouvés dans la poubelle

Dans le cadre de mon séjour à Paris, j’ai fait l’erreur de séjourner dans cet hôtel. En rentrant d’une longue journée de travail, je découvre que toute ma chambre et été refaite et vides. Parmi les objets volés: - Alliance de mariage - matériel informatique - documents administratifs : documents d’identité à refaire: un vrai calvaire je dois rester à Paris pour un mois dans d’autres hôtels pour tout refaire. - ceinturé Hermès - ils ont volés les parfums, et jusqu’à la brosse à dent électrique En insistant auprès de l’accueil d’aller vérifier dans la poubelle de l’hôtel nous avons pu découvrir quelques caleçons ce qui caractérise que le vol a été commis par le personnel de l’hôtel. Le lendemain matin on m’a demandé d’attendre le directeur de l’hôtel qui arrive mais c’était au fait la police pour m’escorte en dehors de l’établissement: un mépris jamais vu. Ils ont aussi indiqué à la police que les affaires que j’ai trouvé dans la poubelle était gardées au chaud en attendant mon retour : mauvaise foi inégalée. Je ne conseille absolument pas cet établissement, et je vous conseille même de quitter booking dont le support est nulle. On vous mettra en relation avec un télé-conseiller qui tentera de vous rassurer et vous promettra la lune mais il n’y aura aucune suite. Je vous conseille plutôt d’avoir une bonne assurance de voyage et passer par d’autre plateforme.

the room wasn’t ready when we arrived. no tissue in the bathroom. the phone was not working, the ceiling was not covered in some part of the room. Staff was not able to serve breakfast in the room, poor service overall. When we left the main door was closed, it had an issue apparently, we had to leave by the service exit.

Good value for money

Good location for my needs. Very friendly and helpful staff. My room was a fine with the exception of power supplies for recharging my laptop. One power socket refused to work at all, but I managed to use another.

The bedroom power supply was not great and no a/c was available although the windows could be fully opened which is a plus for me!.

It's located close the place I wanted to go. Bathroom was nicely renovated. Nice staff.

Design of the rooms is terrible. Breakfast is a joke. Shampoo not changed in the morning, bottle of water not included after the first day. Expensive for what you get.

promoted as a 4 star hotel, it’s misleading: located on a very busy avenue, worn out and dirty interior, dirty towels, airco not function in any room. very poor breakfast … 2 star hotel at most. and they charge 7€ for a bottle of water… ridiculous
