A well situated and comfortable stop off en route to destination

Air conditioned room with in room control. Good breakfast although it was necessary to walk to neighbouring establishment.

It was possible to smell smoke from other rooms through the extractor fan system. Very noisy balcony when children run along it.

The breakfast - buffet - was served in another building next to another hotel - which we had to discover by ourselves-, and after the night we had spent, it was surprisingly reasonable. The location was great and, as expected, next to the highway.

When you think of these hotels you imagine a really basic hotel and room, designed for the purpose it has been designed: to spend a night during a road trip. I didn't expect any luxuries - this wasn't my first experience with this brand-, but just a room with a comfortable bed to have a good rest and a little bathroom cabin to have a shower. But this is a shitty hotel, quite dirty and neglected. At our arrival, the auto check-in didn't work at all and the information that was supposed to help wasn't as clear as it should be. Thanks another guest that had already called a helpline (only in french), we discovered that there was an accessory reception at another hotel that shares the parking (same group, but different standards, I guess). It would've been easier if they had written that in case of any issue, you just need to cross the parking. Once in the room, we discovered that the shower drain was clogged, so it was quite disgusting to have a shower there. In addition, it was impossible to operate the air conditioning device (perhaps it had once two operating buttons, but there was nothing but two holes). It was freezing and so noisy that sleeping was a challenge. The floor did not look like it had been visited by a broom, at least not before we arrived. There was a big spider in the room, and a spider's web on the door frame. The bed had two different pillows, one of them deformed and as if it lacked padding. The vending machine area was very dirty.

We have stayed at several Premiere Classe hotels over the years and been happy. We won’t return here

Good location - little disturbance as not too near a main road. Safe gated parking.

The bed cover had a slight aroma of smoke. Whilst you are forbidden to smoke inside the rooms, cigarette users’ clothes usually smell of smoke which obviously transfers to the bedding. The pillows were small, and lumpy.

it was perfect stay and had a good rest for one night.

Bed was very confortable. Only thing the extra bed is not suitable for a kid of 1 year old. We had fortunatly an bed for her in the car.

a reasonable budget hotel

Had to book in using computer system at front door. no big issues with that. all fairly straight forward. room was adequate for what i needed which was just somewhere to put my head down while travelling through. Room had air con so was able to get a nice comfortable nights sleep. Had to have breakfast across the road at the camponile as their own food area was closed for renovation. this was very adequate.

bathroom is a tad small and the drain was partially blocked.

Good place for a very quick stay! Receptionist was friendly and helpful.

Bathroom was like an airplane toilet with a shower curtain that was like a stage 9 clinger. Don't think I'll be staying here again. Not very clean.
