Be our guests at Villa DiBella! This Level Lakefront home is located on the Eastern shores of Seneca Lake close to Lodi Point State Park on a quiet dead end. When you enter this four year old chalet, you'll be greeted with open concept living, dining, kitchen with over 3,500 square feet of finished space to entertain family and friends. Off the great room there's a deck where you are close enough to hear the waves, and take in the spectacular views of the lake while enjoying your morning coffee or dinner while watching the gorgeous sunsets. Two king sized master en suites, two additional queen sized bedrooms plus two twins in the bonus room. The finished entry level offers a kitchenette and large Family/Theater Room for movies and relaxing, and a baby grand piano.

With easy access, this is a level area for recreation, bicycling, walking. A 100 foot furnished dock is just outside your door to soak up sun. Great fishing, boating. Lodi Point State Park is only six houses away with boat ramp and two playgrounds.

Located about mid-way up the east side of Seneca Lake, you are conveniently accessible to Ithaca, Watkins Glen and Geneva. Great boating, fishing, Kayaking (2 included). There are many wineries and breweries close by. Ovid is the closest town for groceries, two pizzerias that deliver, a Chinese food take-out, coffee shop, diner, drug store, Dollar Store and more. There are also many restaurants nearby.

Great space and equally good location - beautiful vistas on the water. Kitchen could have been better equipped/organized. Lots of miscellaneous items left in draws/cabinets. Overall it worked out well for our group of 8 adults.

House was clean and beautiful upon arrival. Lost power and water on first night there due to a storm which was not ideal since we lost all of our cold food. But owner kept in touch with updates on the power outage. We didn’t let this weather mishap ruin our fun. The house is in a great location, close to breweries and wineries. Enjoyed our time on the deck and dock in the evening to watch the sunset.

More needs to be explained about not being able to secure a boat to the dock on this lake. The winds made a boat lift necessary or the 4 corner ties like were at this place. If my kids hadn’t been along it would have been difficult for my husband and me to handle docking the boat the days there was strong wind. Fortunately the neighbor explained the importance of not just tying the boat to the dock like we can at Queka Lake.

Group of seven life long friends. We wanted a house that could accommodate us without everyone having to share beds and rooms. But mostly, we wanted to be right on the lake and be half way between Geneva and Watkins Glen. This was perfect! House is lovely, clean, comfortable and roomy.

Some adults and children braved rain and winds for a swim and we all enjoyed the dock. Location was perfect. We were able to enjoy Watkins Glen nearby and attended an event outside of Ithaca. The house had enough bedrooms to accommodate 10 comfortably. We used kitchen and enjoyed views from living areas.

It was a beautiful home located on the lake front. It is a well maintain, nicely decorated home. Love the paintings on the walls. We spent most of the time outdoor hiking and visited wall falls nearby. Sunset by the dock in front of the house was astonishing. It was a great trip and a great place to stay. AK

We were very pleased with the location of this home. The host was wonderful with communication, espcially concerning some water damage that affected the basement area just prior to our stay. The open floor plan on the second floor was ideal and everyone LOVED the dock just steps from the house. While the rooms and linens were very clean, it was disappointing that the kitchen was not a clean as it could have been and there seemed to be a fruit fly issue.

Great place to stay & enjoy the finger lakes! We golfed, went to a few wineries, out to dinner, & enjoyed the lake! Very relaxing place & centrally located. Would definitely stay here again!! Thanks so much!

The house is located right on the lake and is beautiful. The location is also great for getting to the local wineries. Rebecca is also very easy to reach and very helpful. Would definitely stay again.

We had 10 adults and we all were beyond impressed with this home and its location. Plenty of space for everyone, super friendly neighbors and even a neighborhood dog named Magee came by daily to say hello! Plenty of parking. Great dock and fire pit area. We just couldnt be happier with this choice as our rental for the weekend. Pics dont do it justice.
