Feel right at home in this two-story, 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, conveniently located house in Carlsbad! Relax and unwind in the beautiful, tranquil backyard where we know you'll spend most of your time. It is a great opportunity to dine and relax with open aire. The surrounding greenery will have you feeling zen… and you can't get enough of it! The open floor plan inside allows you to seamlessly flow from each living space so you'll always feel connected. The master suite is located upstairs on its own floor which allows for plenty of privacy. It even has its own balcony for you to check out the coast while you're enjoying your morning coffee or practicing your meditation before you conquer another adventurous day in Carlsbad. The second master suite is located downstairs adjacent to 2 additional bedrooms. Perfect for families! Remember you are only half of a mile from the Lagoon, a mile away from the shore of Tamarack Beach, and a little over a mile southeast of the Carlsbad Village - all walkable distances if you're eager to be outdoors!

- MAX OCCUPANCY AT ALL TIMES: 8
- QUIET HOURS: 9pm - 9am
- NO PARTIES, GATHERINGS, NO EXTRA GUESTS THAT OVER OCCUPIES THE HOME, OR EVENTS ALLOWED. Strictly enforced.
- THIS HOME IS DOG-FRIENDLY. There is a $40 pet fee per night, per dog. Up to 2 dogs allowed. We only accept dogs as the homeowner is severely allergic to cats. Please inquire about other pets allowed with our Reservations Department. Please note that Airbnb will not collect pet fees at the time of booking. This fee is collected after the booking has been confirmed and someone from our team will reach out to you to collect the dog fee.
- VIDEO & PHOTOGRAPHY: There shall be no video, still photography or film production of any kind without the express written consent of the owner. Fees apply.

PLEASE NOTE!
- Please take note that this home is NOT baby and/or child proofed. It is your responsibility to walk the home and/or property upon arrival, to make this space safe for your children. We assume no liability for harm/death to any baby or child staying or visiting this vacation rental.
- Need a Pack and Play and a High Chair for your visit? Please let our team members know if you need a pack n' play or high chair. There is a $25 fee, per stay for renting a high chair and a $35 fee for a pack n' play.
- Please note that early check-ins and late check-outs are available at our discretion. There are extra fees for either of these add-ons when available.
- There is exterior surveillance camera recording 24/7. The camera is located outside facing the front door

CANCELLATION POLICY
- A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than thirty
(30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty, aside from a $500 restocking fee.
- Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment (not including deposit and cleaning fee).
- Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. If you wish to shorten your existing reservation with VRBKIM, and your reservation is further than 30 days away, we do charge a $100 restocking fee to make this adjustment.

Parties and Overoccupancy Policy:
If the guest violates any of our rules regarding noise, parties, or overoccupancy, and the host receives complaints from neighbors, a $500 fine will be imposed per occurrence. In addition, should these allegations be found true, the guest will be subject to immediate eviction without a refund.
