Kitchen - The kitchen is fully stocked with nearly everything you want to whip up your favorite recipes. Example items include a electric stove & oven, dishwasher, single-cup & potted coffee machine, electric water kettle, and all the cookware needed to make a gourmet meal.
Deck - Outdoor deck features a charcoal grill, a heater, and a hang-out area to eat and relax.
Fireplaces – two wood-burning fireplaces provide for ample heat and coziness.
Bedroom 1 w/ King Bed with private shower stall bathroom = King-sized mattress and box spring are fully encased with comfortable linens and pillows in zippered cases; HD TV on the dresser opposite the bed has a Roku device installed (guest mode). Bedroom 1 is on the upper floor, last room on the left at the end of the hallway.
Bedroom 2 w/ Twin Bunk Beds – Two twin-sized mattresses are fully encased with comfortable linens and pillows in zippered cases. Bedroom 2 is on the upper floor, last room on the right at the end of the hallway.
Bedroom 3 w/ Queen & Toddler bed/Crib – One queen-sized mattress is fully encased with comfortable linens and pillows in zippered cases. Bedroom 3 is located upstairs, the first room on the right, slightly down the hall.
Bedrooms 2 & 3 share full bathroom upstairs with dual sinks.
Bedrooms 4-- w/ Queen Bed – One queen-sized mattress & box spring are fully encased with comfortable linens and pillows in zippered cases. Bedroom 4 is located downstairs, the first room on the right, across from the laundry room.
Bedroom 5-- w/ Queen Bed – One queen-sized mattress is fully encased with comfortable linens and pillows in zippered cases. Bedroom 5 is located downstairs, the last room on the right at the end of hall.
Bedroom 6-- w/ Twin Daybed & Twin Trundle Bed – Two twin-sized mattresses are fully encased with comfortable linens and pillows in zippered cases. Bedroom 6 is located downstairs, the last room on the left at the Bedrooms 4- 6 share a full bathroom downstairs.
Additional Sleeping areas:
Couches & Sleep Sofa - The upstairs couch doubles as a full-sized bed and is large enough to accommodate most individuals. Linens are located in the closet in the first bedroom. The couches downstairs are quite comfortable to sleep on.
Upon request, we can provide a twin-size floor mattress and 2 queen size air beds ahead of your arrival for no extra fee.
Work center:
Downstairs is a desk with a printer. An ethernet connection can be provided if requested in advance.
Entertainment Room -
Two High-Definition TVs connected to cable programming with Netflix, Hulu, and Disney+ pre-installed. Please note - access to streaming services are not provided, you will have to log-in using your own account.
Laundry - Washer and dryer are located downstairs in the home with powdered detergent and pods, bleach, six wool dryer balls, and dryer sheets provided.
Don't worry about forgetting something. We've got you covered (in most cases!)

Electronic keypad entrance. Designated parking for 3 cars is behind the home, alley access. There is plenty of free street parking in the front.
Guests have access to everything in the home and on the property, excluding:
1) The keypad locked closet upstairs on the left in the hallway. That is reserved for our cleaners.
2) The detached 2-car garage is temporarily unavailable.
3) There is a detached shed near the garage that is locked and not for guest use.
We have team members who live 5 minutes away from this property, so do not hesitate to reach out if you need something during normal office hours 9am to 5pm. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Free parking is available out front along with rear alley parking near garage.
This home's commuting distance to the airport, downtown, restaurants, shopping, major landmarks and parks is between 5 to 25 minutes... sometimes even in rush hour traffic.

We kindly ask that this residence be left in the same condition as you see it upon arrival.

1. We do not host groups who are all 21 years of age or younger. If everyone in your group is 21 years of age or younger, then please do not place a reservation. It will be cancelled and subject to our cancellation policy.
2. Local residents are not allowed to place a booking without pre-approval from us. This is to prevent locals from using our residence as a party house.
3. Please note that we only release door codes to the person who booked the reservation and every guest must provide a valid, government issued photo ID. No 3rd party bookings; the person who booked the reservation must be one of the guests staying for the duration of the booking.
4. All guests must be accounted for in the reservation. This means all guests entering the residence/building at any point in time counts as a guest. In other words, the definition of a guest is not limited to only those people planning on sleeping inside the unit, but to all guests planning to be inside the unit at any given time. For example, if 6 people are going to “hang out” inside the unit, but only 2 people plan on sleeping over, then the guest count selecting during the booking should be “6” not “2.” Any extra guests not disclosed before arrival will lead to an immediate termination of the reservation non-refundable, require that all guests vacate the premises immediately, incur a $100 penalty/unauthorized guest/per night charge, and we will seek compensation for any damages that are found upon our subsequent inspection of the property.
5. No parties/events. We have relationships with our neighbors, and we respect their rights as homeowners. Therefore, we will know if parties are being held. If this rule is not followed, then your reservation will be terminated as non-refundable, require that all guests vacate the premises immediately, and we will seek compensation for any damages that are found upon our subsequent inspection of the property.
6. Not for commercial use or special occasions without pre-approval (weddings, bachelor parties, birthdays, commercials, bridal showers, photoshoots, etc.). We will consider your request if you notify us in advance. Failure to inform us in advance will lead to non-refundable termination of your reservation, require that all guests vacate the premises immediately, and we will seek compensation for any damages that are found upon our subsequent inspection of the property.
7. This is a smoke-free/drug free environment. If any smoking/drugs are detected either within the home or outside on the property, then we will immediately terminate the reservation as non-refundable, require that all guests vacate the premises immediately, and we will seek compensation for any damages that are found upon our subsequent inspection of the property.
8. Pets (dogs preferred due to owners’ allergies to cats) are allowed in this rental unit for an additional fee, but please do not allow your pets to be on the beds or furniture. Guests are responsible for cleaning up all pet waste and disposing of it in a clean and sanitary manner. Guests will be responsible for paying for any and all damages caused by their pet(s).
9. No excessive noise or loud music. Quiet hours start at 9:00pm. If any noise complaints are reported by neighbors, we will notify you immediately and remind you of the quiet hour start time. Any second noise complaint after you’ve been reminded will result in your reservation will being terminated, all guests will be required to vacate the property, and we will seek compensation for any damages that are found upon our subsequent inspection of the property.
10. Please ensure to check-out on-time in order to avoid a $50 late check-out fee. We need to have our cleaners clean the unit on-time for the next guest to check-in. If you require an earlier check-in or a later check-out please request it in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you. Unless otherwise discussed, any guest who is still in the residence/building after 1pm will be charged for an extra night. This does not apply if we have approved a late check-out in advance.
