This modern, sunny, 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom holiday home is a private oasis with panoramic views over Mangawhai and out to the Pacific Ocean. Conveniently located between the popular surf beaches of Mangawhai Heads and Te Arai, this holiday home waits to welcome you with open arms, it really is 'A Rural Retreat'.
Relax and unwind in style, with spacious open-plan living that flows out onto extensive decks, so you can capture the stunning views whether inside or out (there are views from every bedroom). Open the sliding doors and let the summer breeze in, get the BBQ fired up, and make the most of the stunning setting with plenty of outdoor seating for alfresco dining.
For entertainment there is a Smart TV (just bring your own App logins), a selection of books, board games and croquet available. Otherwise just relax on the deck and enjoy the stunning sunrises and sunsets. When the weather is cooler, the fireplace plus heat transfer system keeps everything cosy and you can still enjoy the stunning views.
Outside there is a cold shower to rinse of after the beach and plenty of private boat and car parking.
Enjoy the best of both worlds here, a peaceful oasis but still so close to the action, with Mangawhai Village just 8 minutes away, Mangawhai Heads 15 minutes and Te Arai Links Golf Course 20 minutes.

LINEN: LINEN: Please note that other than pillows, duvets and duvet covers, linen is not included in the tariffs but can be rented for $25 per person, further details are provided in the 'Rooms and beds' section of the listing. If you wish to add linen, please add a note to your booking with what beds you wish to use so they can be made up. We have linen as an optional extra to make a more affordable holiday for those who wish to bring their own.
BOOKING PAYMENT: Although Bookabach/VRBO take your credit card details, all booking payments are made to Bach Stay NZ Limited who manage this property for the owners. Once your booking is approved, we will send you a payment email with a choice of credit card payment (a 3% surcharge applies) or bank transfer (no charges). Please note the amount stated as 'Deposit Paid at Property' on the Bookabach/VRBO quote is actually a refundable bond that will be collected as part of the accommodation payment, it is not collected at the property as the wording suggests.
