This beautifully renovated home features three spacious main floor bedrooms, each with ample closet storage, offering plenty of room for comfort and convenience. The main level kitchen is a highlight, featuring quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a gas range, and a stylish tile backsplash. The main floor also includes a full bathroom with a large tub/shower combo, along with elegant tile floors for a modern touch.
The bright and airy living room, with its bay window and oak floors, creates a welcoming atmosphere for relaxation and gatherings. Just off the kitchen, a screened porch leads to a huge deck, perfect for outdoor entertaining and enjoying the fresh air. The expansive, fenced yard provides plenty of space for activities and includes a small storage building, ideal for storing bikes or other outdoor items.
The lower level of the home offers even more space with a large rec room, complete with a big-screen TV and a shuffleboard table, making it a great spot for entertainment and relaxation. Additionally, the basement includes an office or 4th bedroom, which is equipped with a bunk bed, providing versatility for guests or a home office setup.
A half bathroom is also located in the basement, situated within the laundry room. It features a toilet and a utility sink, located just a few steps away from the washer and dryer. While there is a door to the laundry room, it's important to note that it does not lock, and some may not consider it a traditional half bathroom due to its setup. The basement also offers a large storage area, providing additional space for all your storage needs.
In addition to this beautiful home, we also own another property just over half a mile away. If you have a larger group, please inquire about renting both properties together. When both are available, we can accommodate up to 14 people, making it an ideal option for family gatherings, reunions, or group vacations.
