Modern Alpine Escape is a luxurious 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home that sleeps 12 in the Highlands neighborhood—a short drive from Main Street in downtown Breckenridge. Brimming with adventure, restaurants, and shops, Breckenridge is a must-visit destination. Enjoy a day fly fishing, biking, or hiking in the Summer. When Winter arrives, Breckenridge Ski Resort boasts 2,908 skiable acres. Guests will love luxuriating in the private hot tub and cozying up around the gas fireplace while surrounded by breathtaking alpine views.
Upon entering the first floor of this 2-story mountain retreat, guests will admire the clever industrial beams separating each area of the great room, sweeping mountain views, and mix of mid-century modern furnishings. Friends and family can comfortably relax on the blue-green curved sectional sofa, which surrounds a dark stone gas fireplace and mounted TV. A quaint dining area divides the kitchen from the living room and seats 8. The stylish kitchen features Thermador appliances, a sizeable kitchen island, and a 3-stool breakfast bar. Access a small patio with a private hot tub through the sliding glass doors. For added convenience, there is a mudroom for wet ski gear or dirty hiking boots. Guests can retire to the first-floor primary bedroom, with a washer and dryer provided in the closet, when the day is over.
The second-floor landing boasts a cozy and comfortable living area, complete with a sofa, TV with Roku, DVD player, and 2 beanbag chairs—perfect for entertaining the kids! When it's time to settle in for the night, this floor features 1 bunk room with 1 twin-over-twin bed, 1 full-over-full bed, and a futon alongside 1 guest bedroom with 2 queen beds.
Modern Alpine Escape offers fun for the whole family year-round! A 2-car garage and a free shuttle service within walking distance makes exploring easy. For ski access, use the BreckConnect Gondola—a short 8-minute drive away. Take Marksberry Way to CO-9 S (0.5 mi) and follow it to N French Street (3.3 mi) to the BreckConnect Gondola (0.2 mi).
