Perfect and confortable basis to visit Medellin

Spacious, confortable, well equiped studio with balcony in green and quiet street but close to metro station Floresta and shopping facilities and restaurants. Less touristic orientated than El Poblado and safe neighborhood. Optional breakfast and drinks in small courtyard bar .

Tiene buena cantidad de agua, la ubicación es genial. Zona alrededor es segura

No tenía jabón para lavar trastes. Solamente dos tenedores. Y no había ni una toalla para limpiar la cocina. Hace falta un espejo en el dormitorio, solo existe uno en el baño y arreglar la mesa, que no quede movida al usarla.

Incomodo, si no arreglan las camas dificil recomendarlos

La ubicación es buena, es un lugar seguro y agradable para transitar, cerca del estadio y varias zonas para comer o caminar. El edificio es bonito, es moderno el acceso a la habitación es seguro y automatizado es limpio y agradable

La cama es horribleee!! , no es para nada comoda se siente como si estuviera durmiendo en una tabla, fueron unas noches super incomodas, el televisor funciona pero los canales estan disponibles aprox por 15 mins luego ya no quedan disponibles hay que pagar, hace falta un espejo en la habitación y no habian amenities medio rollo de papel higienico. En caso de que no proveean estos seria importante saberlo para llevarlos y no esperar a que el hotel los ofrezca.

La struttura é buona anche se alcuni dettagli erano trascurati. Posizione ottima

La camera non era pulita al nostro arrivo,pavimento sporco pieno di capelli. Troppo rumore internamente alla struttura e il cancello d'entrata faceva troppo rumore che arrivava sino in camera

La ubicación, el precio y la comodidad de las instalaciones.

La nevera y el menaje que había disponible en la cocina, tenían olor a guardado, un olor de cuando lleva mucho rato sin ser aseada y al abrir las cajoneras salía este olor. Importante hacerle aseo a estos elementos, pues estos en especial requieren aireado para que no guarde olor a feo. La nevera estaba sucia.

My room was comfortable with a nice view. The staff was good. Steve was very helpful.

Was not so bad but will not repeat it.

Had a small kitchen and an apart bathroom with a balcony. Good for resting if you don’t want to stay in the city and don’t want to see a lot of people. Entrance of all the facility needed a magnetic key to enter.

Lack on mantainence. Bathroom door was not thighten (broken). Cleaning was not in price. Had to pay extra every time i ask for cleaning. Microwave was dangerous electricaly connected. The bed was very hard. Could not sleep softly. Had to ask for clean towels at the frontdesk every time needed. Lot of noise at night in the hotel and outside.

Spacious and pleasant stay with great AC, Wifi, and Amenities - Difficulty with Payment and Noise

Room has great amenities - fridge, cooking supplies, laundry, etc. Room is very spacious and pleasant. Wifi and AC work great. Staff is friendly and try their best to help you. They allowed us to keep our luggage on the property upon checking out on our last day.

Staff is friendly and nice - however they don’t speak English and we had much trouble trying to make our payment. After we told them we will pay by credit card when we were checking in, they said they would send me a payment link. This did not arrive and we were asked by other staff on 3-4 occasions to make the payment. One of them made us get up at 8:30am to make the payment with a machine - when we went to the lobby they made us come back at 9am - then told us again we would need to pay via a payment link. We were finally sent the link on our last day of stay and made the payment right away. Our room also did not have any towels when we arrived and it took several conversations with different staff to acquire two towels. There is absolutely no noise insulation - you can hear every single conversation going on in the garden area as well as reception. In the morning 6-8 staff will gather in these areas and continuously chat which woke us up every single morning. The floor also turns your white socks grey - don’t think it is well cleaned.
