Przez 4 dniowy pobyt, w pokoju w którym przebywały trzy osoby, pani sprzątająca nie pojawiła się ANI RAZU, mimo powieszonej kartki z prośbą o posprzątanie, niedopuszczalne, aby przez tyle dni nie były zabrane śmieci ani dołożony papier 😡

The location is great, the main attractions and the christmas market are easily accessible with car or public transport. The price is really nice for a hotel in this area in christmas market time, the price-value is fine. The room was clean and big enough for two, with every needed equipment. The on-site crew were nice. The whole hotel's look and feel was nice and met our expectations.
The hotel is unreachable in any communication channel before arrival. They are not answering booking messages/email, and the phone number they provided was only a mailbox. Neither on their website they don't have public phone number. (I had a problem few days before arrival, and wanted to contact them, without success). They are legit and the hotel itself is fine, but I don't understand why they can't add a working phone number somewhere.
Besides, the beds were not too comfortable, but its ok. Not the worst either.

Vor unserem Zimmer gab es eine Terrasse auf der das Rauchen erlaut wurde
1) Matratzen im Zimmer sind durchgelegen und man spürt die Federn,2) Die Eingangstüre zum Zimmer war eine Balkon/Terassentüre, zwar versperrbar jedoch nicht Blickdicht auch der dahinter befindliche Vorhang konnte wegen Deffektes dies nicht verhindern und man kam sich vor wie in einer Auslage.
3) Durch die bauliche Konstruktion sind Dusche und WC in einer Ebene eingefliest, wenn man Duscht ist das Gefälle leider zu niedrig und es läuft Wasser auf die Seite vom WC, wenn man dies nicht gleich bemerkt und wegwischt, erlebt man später (z.Bsp. in der Nacht mit wenig Licht) eine gefährliche und böse Überraschung mit hoher Rutschgefahr. 4) das Frühstück war eine reine Katatrophe, ich kenne viele Unterkünfte und HAbe geschäftlich im Jahr sicher über 50 Nächtigungen in verschiedenen Hotels, jedoch ist es mir noch nie passiert das beim Frühstück Gebäck und Butter samt Belag( Nutella) für Gebäck ausgegangen sind, nach mehrfachen Urgenzen wurde uns dann zuerst mitgeteilt, dass die Butter nicht mehr ausgegeben werden darf und nach dem ich nochmals nachgefragt habe ob dies der Enrst um 9:00 Uhr sei, wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass es keinen Butter mehr gäbe. Der Rest wurde nachdem ich unnachgiebig blieb ohne Komentar ider Entschuldigung nachgefüllt. Butte gab es trotzdem keine mehr! 4) das wenige Frühstück dass man einehmen konnte war 2te Qualität wenn überhaupt, Brösel auf fast jedem Tisch, Kaffee halbwarm und alles andere als frisch und und und. Fazit, dieses Hotel sieht uns mit sicherheit nicht mehr, für Wiener Standarts eine echte Schande.

Location great, and it's generally a nice place. Reception works 24h. Everything is clean.
WiFi didn't work in the room at all. The signal was strong, but it just doesn't work. The bad was tilted/bend so it was uncomfortable, and hair drier was half broken.

Close to the metro station, very convenient location
The room with the shared terrace was dark. You can't open the curtain because everyone can see you from the shared terrace. The room was right next to the smoking area, so the smell of cigarettes was really annoying. At the same time, the central air conditioning didn't work properly, so you had to keep the window open because the room was stuffy. It is impossible to use the terrace for morning coffee. The pigeon droppings are everywhere. The room itself looked a bit shabby. The glass in the shower area is completely clear, which may not be to everyone's taste. Also, the shower area is not separated from the sink area (which is not watertight from the main room), so water sometimes flows into the room.

Staff gentile e disponibile, posizione eccellente, 200 metri dalla metro e circa 1500 dal centro . Praticamente con una passeggiata si raggiunge la cattedrale.
Pulizie della stanza poco curate, un giorno non ci hanno nemmeno lavato le due tazze a disposizione della teiera elettrica e il kit di cortesia, caffè solubile e zucchero finito il primo giorno non è stato mai rinnovato.

The location of the hotel was very flexible and made it quite easy for us to schedule our trip through Wien.
The staff, especially Aleksandar from the front desk, was very friendly and helpful.
The room was cute and clean. The bathroom was exceptional, especially with the lighting and the mirrors.
The bed was a bit smaller than I expected. Also the mattress was too hard. The main problem was the window, where only one part of it was openable and movebale. Also, we weren't given any additional blankets.

l'hôtel est très bien placé, la déco très jolie. les chambres sont bien agencées, spacieuses ainsi que la salle de bain. l'eau est bien chaude et le débit de la douche, nickel. le petit déjeuner est copieux. il y a tout ce qu'on peut vouloir. parfait au niveau qualité/ prix.
les œufs au petit déjeuner qui devraient être à la coque mais qui au final sont durs.. dommage.
au niveau de la salle de bain , l'hôtel ne met à dispo que du savon (n'attendez pas de lait corps, ni de conditionner pour vos cheveux).
il y a une bouilloire avec des sachets de thé, tisanes , café. j'ai bu la tisane le 1er soir mais il n'a pas été remplacé (bon ce peut être normal, mais ça aurait été sympa d'en remettre un pour le 2ème soir).
ce qui a été le plus "négatif" est l'accueil. les personnes restent souriantes si vous ne leur demandez aucun renseignement , ni n'avez aucune question . Le client n'est pas roi et on s'en rend très vite compte. communication très froide . on se permet même de souffler lorsqu'on a un pb avec la machine à café, par ex. cependant , nous avons pu nous rendre compte que c'est une attitude plutôt générale dans les lieux touristiques.

Bed was very uncomfortable. The room was a little unclean, and the headboard of the bed had obvious signs of wear (literal tears in the fabric several inches long). Towards the end of the stay the room door did not lock anymore, when I informed staff they said they would not be able to fix it until Monday...I find it hard to believe a hotel wouldn't be able to get a locksmith 24/7? Staff were not that helpful. This meant that our room remained unable to be locked in any way for the remainder of our stay - which somewhat contradicts the name "safe" stay - I would not stay here again.

THE WORST HOTEL I’ve ever stayed at!
- all the towels that they gave me always had hair and were dirty
- the shower is awful and every time you take a shower the whole bathroom is flooded for days
- the room is not up to the cleaning standards of a 4 stars hotel. Hair on the floor, dirty towels and stained bedsheets
- cleaning threw away my toothpaste. I had to go to reception to get a new one and at check out they made me pay for it! I payed 5€ for 5ml toothpaste, and when they gave it to me they didn’t tell me it wasn’t for free. All 4 starts hotel always give toothpaste and other toiletries for free.
- THIS IS NOT A 4 STARS HOTEL. Barely 2 stars. But you pay a 4 starts price.
