Welcome to our beautiful new constuction 4 bedroom home located in the heart of West Sedona. We are located within minutes to Sedona's best hiking, grocery stores, galleries, restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, shopping and more. This home is perfect for families or groups of friends looking for a comfortable and relaxing place to stay while enjoying all that Sedona has to offer.

As you enter the home, you'll be greeted by a spacious living area with comfortable seating, a large flat-screen TV, and a cozy fireplace. The open floor plan seamlessly connects the living area to the dining area and kitchen, making it easy to entertain and spend time with loved ones. The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, ample counter space, and everything you need to cook up a delicious meal.

This spacious single level home has four bedrooms each with comfortable beds, plush bedding, and plenty of closet space, see below for more details.

Step outside and enjoy the beautiful Sedona weather on the spacious patio, which is perfect for outdoor dining, relaxing, or simply taking in the stunning views of the red rocks. The patio is equipped with a BBQ grill, making it easy to enjoy a delicious meal outside and a hot tub, perfect for relaxation after a long day exploring.

Guest have access to the entire property except the locked storage pantry. The property includes the private yard and garage.

We are not located on the property but are available remotely as needed.

The house is in a quiet neighborhood where it is common to see javelinas and deer in the yard. There are numerous biking and hiking trails within walking distance. The views of the SCENERY in the morning are spectacular, and there are some fantastic restaurants and breweries in the neighborhood. Our favorite is Coffee Pot for breakfast, Fresh & Natural Thai for Asian fast food, Fiesta Mexica and Tortas De Fuego Mexican eatery and Oak Creek brewery for a wide selection of beer. There are several shops and eating places within walking distance. Three energy vortexes (Airport Mesa, Boynton and Red Rock State Park) within 10 minutes driving distance.

Parking is available in the driveway for up to 3 cars. No parking allowed on the road.

We welcome your pets at our house. There is a $150 non refundable fee for each pet.

There are several security cameras present around the exterior perimeter of the property.

This is our 5th stay at this property and we absolutely love it! The house is beautiful, the views are amazing and location is perfect! Everything you need is in 1 mile radius. The rooftop deck visit is a perfect way to end the evening - we will be back!

The views from the property were amazing! We all enjoyed sitting on the roof deck and watching the sun change the colors of the beautiful red rocks of Sedona! The property was so well located - minutes from hiking, restaurants and shopping of Sedona. Very clean and comfortable and Clara was so responsive the couple times I had a question. This property lived up to all expectations!

This is a great house in West Sedona. We loved the location and the layout of the home. One of the reasons we like to stay at properties like this while traveling is the freedom to cook at home, the kitchen here was by far the best out of anywhere we've stayed. Our only comment would be that it would have been nice if the home builder hadn't used hollow core doors as the sound from the great room traveled easily into the bedrooms which probably wouldn't be a big deal if we didn't have napping babies. Overall a great property and an attentive host. Many thanks.

The was a RV 40ft long in neighbor yard. Blocked entire view / I would have not stayed there if I knew about RV. Won’t stay there again. Owner was in home after we checked in. Locked one of our dogs I. Garage. Won’t stay there again.

Great house, very clean. Loved the topside patio view but neighbors recently put up huge RV blocking view from kitchen and living room. Game room was fun. I’ll return only if RV is relocated.

This is the most beautiful property. Our stay was over Thanksgiving and the home had everything needed to prepare our meal. The house is extremely clean and well taken care of. The location is close to everything. We will definitely be staying here again.

We enjoyed the house with the big windows and spaciousness. We were celebrating my 85 Year old Mother's birthday and we wanted a place where she would not have to navigate stairs. It was perfect in that way. The location was great in that it was close to everything and my sister and I could walk a block and be on beautiful hiking trails. The amenities are a little meager and could be improved. For example, no Kleenex, there was body wash and shampoo in the showers but no conditioner, and the shampoo had dried shampoo from a previous user all over the sides of it. coffee pot that doesn't ever get hot enough so coffee was just okay, the ice maker in the fridge stopped working when we were there, the dishwasher was hard to use...(property manager said we were the only ones who complained about this and came over and started it for us) very cheap towels and sheets.....but there were functional and served their purpose. Oh, and also, the fireplace went on by itself during the night and then went off in the morning (by its self, honestly). Also, the outdoor sectional couch is very worn out and very uncomfortable... Otherwise, we really did have a nice stay...but with a little bit more care, it could be even better. We enjoyed it so much that we might even come back if they would have us...but we hope they will take the feedback to heart so that they may make some of these changes.

This is our 2nd time staying at this property and won’t be the last! The home is stunning and super clean - the views are just incredible. Sipping coffee, working remotely or playing games from the kitchen table looking at the red rocks will never get old. We will be back for SURE!
