Beach Therapy is a stunning duplex-style home that boasts five bedrooms and four and a half baths, accommodating up to 12 guests. With its exquisite design, adorned with upscale furnishings and flooded with natural sunlight, you'll discover the ideal blend of comfort and luxury.
On the first level, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living area, along with a full bathroom, a murphy bed, and a queen sofa sleeper. The heated and cooled garage has been cleverly transformed into a game room/flex space, perfect for playing ping pong or catching your favorite game on the large flat-screen TV. Ascending to the second floor, you'll be greeted by two master bedrooms, each featuring a king bed, en suite baths, and private porches—ideal retreats for unwinding after a day at the beach. Additionally, there's a bunk room with built-in twin bunks, providing extra sleeping arrangements, along with another full bath. The third floor welcomes you with a seamless open-concept living and dining space, flowing effortlessly onto a covered balcony with breathtaking views of the Gulf. The fully equipped kitchen boasts generous floor-to-ceiling cabinetry, elegant marble countertops, a breakfast bar, a wine refrigerator, and top-of-the-line stainless Thermador appliances. A queen guest room with its own full bath awaits you on this floor, and a spiral staircase leads up to an observation tower—a perfect spot for soaking in stunning sunsets.
Indulge in the private pool, perfect for refreshing morning dips or leisurely afternoons spent on the deck. Surrounded by a walled courtyard, the covered open-air space sets the stage for relaxation and grilling sessions on those nights when you prefer to stay in. With five covered porches, each offering captivating Gulf views, and a tower accessible via stairs from the third-floor balcony, you'll have the best vantage points to soak in the beauty. Just a stone's throw away from fantastic restaurants, shopping spots, and lively entertainment along Scenic Highway 30A, there's no shortage of activities during your visit. Enjoy the beautiful sugar white sand beaches that made 30A world famous. Enjoy walking and biking everywhere around Rosemary, Seacrest, and Alys Beach. Don't miss the newly opened 30Avenue for even more dining and shopping options. 30Avenue is just north of Rosemary across Hwy 98, near both Shades Sports Bar and The Donut Hole. The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Grouper Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 970 feet out from the Inlet Beach access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Grouper Reef is at a depth of 12-21 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
